I’m not one to leave a review but husband said I should. I went in to Biggby on Wednesday morning, excited to use the private cubbie spaces to get some work done. When I walked in I was greeted and everyone was so nice and helped me pick out a hot sweet dreams latte. I went into the cubbie and i went to move the napkin holder to a different table so i could spread my work out. Under the napkin holder was a roach. I just know where there is one there are hundreds. I took a napkin and threw it and my drink away and left. I was very disgusted and disappointed. Probably will not be coming back.

SO EASILY.THEN IT WAS TASTE TIME. I HAD ONE YOUNG LADY WATCHING ME. SHE WAS MAKING SURE I WAS HAPPY. ONE MORE SPLASH OF SUGAR FREE SYRUP, I HAD BIGGEST SMILE. THEN SHE SMILE TOO.I WAS SO THANKFUL FOR ALL OF THEM HELPING ME SO MUCH. I RAN OVER TO WALMART TO GET THEM A LITTLE GIFT. WE ALL NEED FUNNY COLOR SOCKS. THEY WERE SO THANKFUL .I KNOW THEY WORK HARD, AND FAITHFUL TO THE COMPANY.KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM. I WILL BE BACK FOR A NEW KIND OF COFFEE. I WILL BUY THE BOOK ""GROW'' THIS TIME.KEEP BEING GREAT!!

I come here for the chocolate chip frap so good but i wont be back because of their attitudes..I rather go back to Starbucks at least they make you feel welcome. Terrible biggby?

I am thrilled that there is now a Biggby in Raleigh since I am originally from SE Michigan and love the coffee. While I only went through the drive thru I was still disappointed with my experience. There was no welcome, I felt rushed, and I could see all the employees standing inside the through the drive thru window goofing around and caring more about their interactions with each other than anything else happening. It was a very off-putting customer service experience and I felt like I was interrupting and inconveniencing the employees working with my desire to grab a frozen drink and muffin.

I went by Biggby today as I usually do on the weekends. I get a brewed coffee, a latte, and a bagel. My son wanted to add milk/cream into his coffee and the girl ( shorter girl with longish brown hair) behind the counter blew up on him. She was extremely rude and just stormed away after saying she couldn’t. There was another kind girl( shorter girl with short brown hair) who helped him out. The other employees were kind per usual. But this girl was absolutely nasty and also was going off on the other employees when we were ordering. I will continue to come because I love it but do not appreciate the way we were treated!

The drive thru needs to realize that if you don’t turn off the mic the customers can hear you. I was just laughed at and made fun of by staff for a simple question, which really hurt me. Afterwards the manager tried to say that wasn’t what happened when I know what I heard…I drove off without buying anything.

Lots of different flavors for lattes. Almost verging on too many. Great coffee. Sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious and substantial. Close to Crabtree valley mall. Ambience was quiet. Space was clean. Only negative was the women's bathroom was out of order. Would go again for sure and recommend to others.

Ordered two $8 iced latte with no ice through the drive-through. It was their BOGO day.I went to the window and asked if there was an up-charge for something. The person replied, “yes, for no ice.” I smiled and said Ok.Upon my wife and I tasting our drinks, we commented that it tasted like lightly flavored milk and that it had to be made incorrectly. I went back throughout and asked if it was made incorrectly because there was little taste. The barista commented in a clearly annoyed voice that since we asked for no ice, it changed the recipe because more milk is added. I thought to myself, “why wasn’t I told this upon ordering?” She said pull up to the window.I told her that I would not have paid an upcharge if I knew ordering no ice would alter the taste because other places like Starbucks doesn’t charge for no ice and doesn’t alter the recipe. The barista said in a condescending way that they weren’t Starbucks and reiterated that they had to add more milk because it was no ice and we paid an upcharge for the milk.A different barista gave us our drinks, who was also clearly annoyed. They remade the drinks and one drink tasted better while the other tasted the same.I’ve been a regular customer of various coffee shops. This biggby location has the worst customer service out of any food/drink establishment I’ve been to. I won’t be patronizing Biggby any longer. One smile or no condescending tone would have gone a long ways. Basic customer service.
