Amazing ice cream! Truly some of the best I’ve ever had. After my first pint, it was hard to go back to anything but Bold Batch. Midnight Snack holds a special place in my heart. The flavors are creative and dimensional without losing sight of the overall pure enjoyment of having an ice cream. A must try!

Being a native haven't been down in the shopping center for a long time so I Google wanted some homemade ice cream. I read. The reviews came in wonderful. The customer service with the 2 ladies. The lady with the pink hair and the other young lady. They were, they were marvelous, very excellent customer service. They helped me from the beginning to the end. And they bragged about how good this ice cream was. As the reviews did as well and I am a big bragger myself. The ice cream is tremendously delicious. Don't go anywhere if you do decide to go somewhere. Make sure you stay there as well I will be back .

Atmosphere was pleasant. However, had scoops of top choices, a brownie and while mentionable, didn’t quite live up to their reputation. Like their open atmosphere, the Icecream texture felt it wanted a similar message but the depth of the flavor needs to be worked on to make use of the space introduced. I was looking for a real memory and certainly not to bring down review status. The strawberry was not near strong enough and the other gap covered by a powerful sweetness. The young gal at the front stood out with a intrinsic enjoyment in serving. I appreciate that beyond what seemed to be love of the craft itself from the rest of the viewable kitchen staff. The brownie carried that brightness over to a bit of extreme and was too rich, and this time, without what it felt like depth to back it up. In a increasingly competitive region, there is no doubt Bold Batch’s name is being heard. I just hope their name will be known for the right reasons as time as times strengthen. Thanks for the experience.

Maura makes the BEST ice cream! The quality is far and away the best in the area. Worth every single penny! Also, do not sleep on the cakes because they’re so so good! I’ve been ordering from Bold Batch for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed.

Sooo yummy! My favorite was the honey comb one they had in the summer but I tried the polar espresso today and it was amazing!
The reviews for this establishment astound me ..our experience was not 5 star worthy . The ice cream selection is very limited and here are a few things about it ..wasn't very fresh ..wasn't that mind blowing ..my wife has had better for a lot less money ..it's overpriced for what it is .The cookie I had was dense and hard as a brick ..Also , the service was not friendly ..we felt as we had interrupted something ...no one said hello or welcome ..nothing until we said something ..awkward .

We had been fans of Bold Batch for a while when we decided to have get them for our wedding and it was a big hit! Maura was amazing to work with and she brought her pushcart with all her flavors. We got so many comments from people saying that it was some of the best ice cream they had. If you're thinking about trying something different at your wedding or other party, they are a great option!

Bold Batch creamery is the ABSOLUTE BEST ice cream I have ever had. There is always something new to try, and that something is always delicious. I love the convenience of the shop for a scoop, and the ability to reserve a pint for pick up at a time that works for me. My favorite flavors I've tried so far are the Banana Pudding and Midnight Snack (has chocolate coated ruffles!). Worth every penny.

So glad she’s got a store front now so more can experience her awesome ice cream!Oreo Borealis - is a regular flavor now- like cookies and cream w salted caramel. This has become one of my favorite ice creams ever. And then she rotates other flavors through the month and my personal favorite is coffee lemonade. Don’t knock till you try! And “be bold” and try some of her other creative combos.Get yourself out to her ice cream shop - it’s one of the best ice creams in the triangle for sure. (And while you’re there you can get other desserts from several other small food businesses at the bake house )
