Place was kinda empty during dinner time, that should have been our hint, we tried anyways.Their Margharita pizza/flatbread is a joke, which italuan place is clueless about making a pizza. They brought it cold, sent back, replacement pizza was as bad as the Ist one.Pasta had bad taste to it as if they were using old bad cheese.Only thing we could eat was their mashed potatoes. All four of us could not finish our food.Imagine an italian place that can only get mashed potatoes right.Waitress probably knew the food is bad, never asked how our food was.We were celebrating my uncle's bday and were so disgusted be the food, did not order dessert.I will not go, even they offer food for free.

Overall the service was good but the food was extremely salty. I started with the shrimp and lobster bisque, it was very salty. The proceeded with the lobster and shrimp fettuccini with was also salty.

I sat outside which was lovely on such a warm day. The Cesar salad was very typical and not a side salad I’d pay $7 for; truly not that great. The Gorgonzola pasta was really good, and then the spinach and artichoke was not that great; I’ve had way better.Service wasn’t really the servers fault. It took 20 minutes to order my drinks. From there, it moved pretty smoothly. But the server is running the terrace and the bar, which is not acceptable for him or the patrons. Management should fix that in my opinion. I probably wouldn’t return all in all.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everything was better than perfect.The food,the atmosphere and especially the service. The best part of the experience was dealing with the manager Mandy. She was super professional, super helpful, and made sure that everything was just perfect. Mandy went out of her way to ensure a great experience. She is a credit to your company and should be an example for other managers.

Had reservations. Waiter was pleasant but not very attentive. Ordered Shrimp & Lobster with fettuccine. Cost was excessive.4 Shrimp and 1 cube of lobster with pasta cost over 30$ Had to ask for grated cheese. Kept looking for the lobster. Disgraceful. Needless to say I won't be going back.
We had such a great experience, our waitress Daijah was outstanding too! The Caesar salad was the traditional kind with a hint of anchovy, my FAV! You know it's good Italian when they get the Caesar dressing right! I had the chicken Limone and my husband had the lasagna. We will definitely be back!

We go to brio pretty often. They're salads are out of this world awesome. I think that they used too much seasoning on their meats but you can always ask them to change that. I was there last week and I'll probably be there next week or the week after. It's a good place to go prices are reasonable and the food is good.

Fast forward 4 years later... Took my mom and a guest to this place for mom's birthday. Highly disappointed. Food was not tasteful. Chicken was rubbery, guest potatoes and toast were well overcooked and waiter did not come refill drinks. I did speak with the young manager on duty for a resolution. I do not think we'll be going back to this placeI enjoyed the Pesto Chicken. It was light but filling. I did not feel like I over ate.
