We went for valentine's dinner and had a great experience. The portions were great. The ambience was warm and quiet. The service was very attentive and responsive. We loved our waitress. The decorations matched the setting. The food was great and dessert even better. My one gripe was that it seemed a tad expensive, all things considered, but definitely an enjoyable night.

My food was a 3.5 but the service is 5+ so we'll go with that. I will definitely be back, and try some other other things, because being there is such a fun experience! Nice to have in the neighborhood.

We have brought numerous out of town guests here numerous times. We brought friends there Saturday night. I had 3 glasses of wine…when we got our bill it had 4 glasses of wine. When we brought this to our waitresses attention she argued with us that I had 4 that she took the order! Our whole table stated…no she had 3. She said she’d check! She came back and said it was their new computer system that screwed up. It was very embarrassing how she was adamant that I had 4 glasses. I’m not sure that we’ll be returning there. It’s a shame how one waitress could ruin an evening.

I don't know why I have not tried this place before. Other than being a little tight between the tables, the place was awesome. From the crunchy bread with garlic pesto sauce to the fried oysters to the mushroom chicken dish, all the food was delicious. The service was fabulous and let's not forget the Tiramisu and cannoli for desert were to die for. Oh yeah you can bring your favorite bottle of wine too and pay a corkage fee. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

We moved here from northeast Ohio where you can find so many delicious Italian restaurants. We’ve struggled to find ones we like here in the Triangle…until now. Cafe Tiramisu! We ordered a caprese salad and Caesar salad as starters followed by eggplant parmigiana and lasagna as our main courses. Very large portions so now we have leftovers for lunch. Bread with a yummy olive oil dipping sauce came with the meal. Desserts looked so good but we were too full. We brought an order of tiramisu home for later. Billy was our server - excellent! - and all of the staff kept water refills coming and plates cleared. We cannot wait to return!

We come here several time a year for various celebrations. The food is delicious, service is very attentive. Menu prices very competitive. Really good selection of menu items. My favorite overall restaurant.

Amazing restaurant, the service is excellent. The food is delicious. The prices are higher here so expect to spend around $30+ per person. The bathroom was clean. Though the paper towel dispenser was a bit challenging to work. The wait time for food is longer as I assume the make to order. It's a smaller restaurant so big parties of people may be challenging. They mostly work off of reservations but if you get there earlier you may not need one.

Cafe Tiramisu never disappoints! Authentic Northern Italy cuisine prepared to perfection and served with the attention to detail you should come to expect. We love this place and keep coming back as often as we can. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my friends and I’s first time trying this restaurant and we were so impressed by the food and the service. The bread and oil was to die for and served warm and the baked clams and chicken piccata were delicious. Our server John was so pleasant, made us laugh and provided great service! We will definitely be back!

We dined here based on recommendations of others and we were not disappointed. Amberly, our waitress, was friendly, helpful, and informative. All of the waitstaff made sure our water glasses were filled and that dirty dishes were removed promptly. The lobster bisque was some of the best I've ever had, and I'm from New England. The scallop dinner was done just right as was risotto. The cannoli was perfect for two but I could have eaten it all by myself, it was to good. My only issue was my Old Fashion cocktail. It was probably a 3-4 but I just won't order one the next time we go.

Another hidden gem near Wake Forest! My husband and I came here for an early Valentine's Day dinner. The ambiance is upscale romantic. We felt transported to another place. The food was delicious and service was amazing. Everything was seasoned and flavored so so well. Highly recommend!
