For over 50 years, the absolute best Italian food, the best service and a fabulous atmosphere. You will not be disappointed and you will also not go broke eating there.

It was very crowded when we went , so the service was not great.

Went with a party of 20+ and had 1 server that was supposed to take care of all of us along with regular tables, which is not possible to do for one person efficiently. Also seemed like the kitchen could not manage things well either. Our food came out over a 20+ minute period, so several people had been long finished with their meal before others ever received their meal. I got Ziti with meat sauce and it was luke warm when it arrived and the meat sauce was bland at best. Others said their food was good, so not all had less than good food, but everyone had something to complain about by the end. Everyone constantly had empty glasses for extended periods of time.

I went many years ago and had many good experiences dining with family and food was always stellar. Recently I returned for Valentine's Day and the service was amazing but when the food got here (I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs) the noodles had an unusual consistency and felt and tasted as though they had been reheated. I did not want to put a bad review because of my good experiences with this place but the food tasted exceptionally different from what I was used to.Parking: Large and open parking lot.

The food makes the Italian in me scream, and that's saying a lot since I'm Scottish.

Food was not that great. Service was not great but they said they were missing people. No issue spending money on good food but the food lacked flavor and seasoning.

Chicken was so tender! Bit disappointed in the fried cheese and veggies. Our waiter disappeared to the point I had to go ask around for him. We had been waiting for our check for 15 minutes and he was just gone. But prior to that he had been pleasant. We were looking for good Italian food, this worked.

We waited briefly (it was a Saturday night), but it was worth it! I had the most delicious meal. I tried the Beef Barciole which the waiter (Will) recommended as one of his favorites. He got it totally right. The sauce was full of mushrooms and a delightful tang. My dinner came with a salad which, as salad go, was one of the best salads ever! I highly recommend Casa Carabone as a must go if you're in the RDU area!

Went with a couple that has been going there monthly for years. Atmosphere was simple but elegant. Crowded but easy to hear the table conversation. Wait staff was hustling, pleasant, and attentive. Menu, judge for yourself, was basic Italian with a few twists. Then the fun began. Two of my utensils had dried crud on it. Not a big deal, easily replaced. I ordered lasagna but was served the chicken primavera instead. Waiter knew it before approaching the table and apologized, said I could keep the errant dish on the house and he would bring out my lasagna. Again, mistakes happen and this was handled professionally and pleasantly.... no problem. That said, there was nothing special about the food. French onion soup was bland, a simple slice of provolone on top of some croutons. The chicken primavera was dry. Served without pasta, the only moisture was a single slice of cheese placed on top. My wife ordered the special, shrimp and crab in a lobster sauce. What we got was 5 shrimp with some crab bits mixed into what tasted like a basic Alfredo sauce, nothing more. It wasn't a bad meal, just disappointing.

We had a party of 7 on Christmas Eve. Brennen (I hope I spelled that right) was our server. He was friendly, articulate, and more than patient. We only had one issue and it was easily resolved by both Brennen and the kitchen. Brennen seemingly knew when we needed something and when to leave us be. I'm sure that having him as our server made the meal better than it normally would have been. I'm sure that with his personality and work ethic Brennen will go far in life no matter what he chooses to do. Five Stars.

Food and service were fantastic. Recipes and flavors are that old school Italian you can’t get just anywhere!! I loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful meal!!!

We have been to Casa Carbone twice with my in-laws, who live in Raleigh. First time was great, waiter was very personable, food was decent. Second time, not exaggerating at all, had the worst waiter I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was probably the least personable person I’ve ever interacted with. When our orders were wrong he just asked who had what, no apologies, nothing said. Came back a few minutes later with the food, set it down, walked away without a word. It was very strange and was the topic of the table, a table of 10 people. I personally wouldn’t return on my own.

Under new ownership apparently. Food and service clearly indicate that. Long time (and excellent) pizza recipe has changed. Ordered a pizza and salad to go and was terrible. Service is terrible and clearly this place atmosphere has changed. Never bothered to thank you for your business. Won't return after being a customer for 25+ years.
