Dude threw my change at me (literally) with most of it landing on the counter. I still proceeded to put some cash in the tip jar and he couldn't muster up a basic "thanks, thank you", nothing. Save your tips. They don't need or appreciate them.

The first time I went, I was super confused about how to order. A nice customer showed me the pen and pads, and where to put my order down the chute! The burgers, sandwiches, fries and shakes here are really good. But I do not recommend the hot dog- it was almost inedible. The staff are always very friendly. This has quickly become one of my go-to places and I actually prefer it over Cookout, the food feels less greasy.

As usual, the food was hot and good... but I have a problem with the with the workers. The worker at the register wasn't practicing good hygiene. He continuously picked in his nose and not once washed his hands. He fixed the drinks, handed napkins, etc.. Also, there should be mandatory hair nets for people working around food.

What is going on with the prices here. I don’t think that I’m the only person that noticed, there are less customers than ever before. I love the food, but I’m not going back.

A pretty darn good alternative to something like Cook-Out, just a bit overpriced and they tend to get orders a little jumbled. Been here a few times before as it's a nice stop in the shopping center there, and they typically get to my order quickly once I've put it in. I really do like their food overall, it's just smaller portions than one might expect given the price.

Overpriced for the value of food you get. BBQ sandwich is much smaller than pictured online. Fries are mediocre and the flavor was nothing spectacular. I don’t get why this place has so many high reviews and is as busy at it is. Not worth it for the price we paid: $24 for 1/2 lb burger with fries and drink, and a BBQ with fries. The parking is limited. The drink was the best part, that’s sad.
