It is the first chick-fill that they tell me that someone else picked up my client's order because in the other stores, they confirm or ask the drivers to show them that they have confirmed the order, however the lady who served me didn't care That the food was delivered to another driver, I don't understand why they don't do the same as the rest of the stores.

I ordered food from this location on 2/9/2024 through Uber Eats. The chicken sandwich was fully cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. The cup actually broke from the bottom when I grabbed it to drink out of it. This has not been my first 1-star experience at this location but felt the need to share being that it posed a major health risk. Serving raw chicken lead to serious contamination. I would like to hear from a manager asap

I love/d Chick-fil-A. Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping with my family, it came time for lunch so I decided to go to Chick-fil-A. The manager was nice, the employees were nice, very welcoming environment. I got my order maybe 5 minutes after placing it. I ordered a grilled chicken club no tomatoes with a sunjoy. I also tried the honey bbq sauce! I finish my sandwich and all of a sudden I get super dizzy. Worse than you could imagine. The whole mall was spinning, I was getting hot, and I could not move. I didn’t know what was going on and my grandma was trying to calm me down. Not wanting to make a scene, I put my head down to try and recover. We sat there for 30 minutes because I could not get up without needing to throw up. As I finally get enough strength to get up, 30 minutes later, still behind dizzy, I’m leaning on my grandma as a clutch. I was really sick, stumbling and all, I tried to stare at the floor in order to ease the dizziness. I luckily made it to a bathroom and was essentially projectile vomiting. It was bad. We came to the conclusion maybe my sandwich was bad? Maybe it was the sauce? Maybe it was sitting out too long?! I’m not too sure. But I got sick immediately after eating the sandwich. This has left me feeling like maybe I don’t want to eat out for a while so I won’t ever feel what I felt yesterday again.

What can I say about chic Fila? Nothing. I loved their food & by the long line, so does everyone else. The workers are so friendly and always smiling (unlike McDonald's workers).
Honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had at any Chick-fil-A. Came in around half an hour till closing, and I got my food after 25 minutes, only for it to be undercooked. My fries were practically empty, and the buns were burnt on the inside. Lastly, the whole bag was wet from the tomatoes, and the container was falling apart.I also had a friend come in to order as well, only for the guy who was packing in the back to start complaining
