It’s a shame that poor customer service and a rude employee will keep me from returning to this location. Today was not my first negative experience, but it will be my last. We were greeted with a scowl by an employee restocking the utensils by the door. Then the two 2-year-olds I had with me quietly shrieked with joy and giggled because of their excitement to be at Chick-fil-A. Said employee told me to tell them to use their inside voices. Both 2-year-olds proceeded to sit at my feet and wait quietly and patiently with me and she told me they were not allowed to be on the floor. One of the children refused to stand up immediately and the employee glared at me until I got the toddler to oblige. She watched me the entire time I was in the restaurant waiting for a to-go order. It was a very uncomfortable experience overall.

It would be nice if they installed wheelchair accessible doors which open when you press a button.Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have door button to open the door.

I absolutely hate this location. I’m always disappointed. It’s always cold or stale. And I try to say it’s convenient because the location. Today I had a stale tortilla,cold eggs and unmelted cheese ?

This is the only Chikfila I’ve Been too out of dozens that is filthy on more than one occasion. 10am and all the tables have crumbs and grime on them and floors littered with food from likely previous days.Service is still friendly but seems they don’t care much for done in experience here.

I ordered delivery, and when it arrived the bag was wet ,one of my sandwiches was not in the bag , half of my drink was gone and spilled all over the fries and the 1 sandwich I receivedI called this place and they took care of everything... even though i had to drive up there ...they made it worth , and made sure I was taken care of , and treated me like a KING , they addressed me by my name ,once they identified me, they apologized for something they did not do , and they were very prompt to make everything rightChik fila is awesome and always is and this chik fila is the bestBecause of the people that work there and they should be compensated property

Mobile orders have ruined this place. They can’t keep up with walk in customers. Took 45 minutes to get our very basic order. I love CFA but this location needs to get back to serving customers and not delivery services.

Pity bc you have a great product but THIS particular CF has the worst customer service in the history of customer service. From this point on I’m writing down their names and reporting them to corporate. Tired of taking their snotty attitudes and lack of attention primarily in the app mobile ordering department. What a horribly managed CF. Figure out your jobs and do them.
