I stopped by the Crabtree Valley Mall location in Raleigh, NC for a late lunch but ended up NOT getting any food. They were having issues with locating my rewards via my telephone number and said it did not exist even though it does exist and confirmed my account after logging in. But this was not why I didn't go ahead and order anyway. The reason was the way I was treated in a no caring way by Manager Ricky. It was clear after trying to get help from Ricky that I was NOT important in his world. I was very disappointment in his non shallot attitude and this is not the Chick-fil-A way! I was really looking forward to my Chick-fil-A sandwiches and fries. Since this franchise doesn't really seem to care about the customer, I am sure Corporate does. I will be reaching out to them just to give them the details on how I was treated at one of their locations.

Maria was extremely rude when we were asking questions to confirm if our app was scanned. She was also rude when asking to confirm which sunjoy had unsweet tea in it, typically they press the caps buttons down to specify - but she didn’t and spoke to us with an attitude and plain simply will not go again.

I requested extra pickles the cashier didn't advise of .40 additional charge for 3 extra pickles. I don't mind the charge but I do expect to be advised of charge before the order is complete.As this was in a food court so there was no way to see small print on menu.

Today it was after 3:30 so no line. I got a large coke and a large sweet tea. Both were the usual goodness of Chick-fil-A. I have always had good service here, today it was just ok...cashier not very friendly even though it was not busy at the time. Maybe it was because we just got two drinks....I still like to support the company, so always come here when I can.
