I ordered the pretzel cheddar sandwich. It was cold. It probably would have been ok if it was fresh. I don't like leaving poor reviews but this isn't an isolated experience at this location and this will be my last visit.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles no tomato with pepper jack cheese and I received a grilled chicken with 2 pickles extra tomato and no cheese so I went back and I told them and they only gave me 2 pickles and cheddar cheese

Love this Chick-fil-A! This one is pretty close to where I work. The speed of their drive-thru allows me to grab my food and get back to work on time! I never have to worry about getting stuck in long drive-thru line when it comes to Chick-fil-A.
Order-taking staff was excellent as usual; but this is the third time I've had an inedible purchase from this location over as many years. I try to avoid this location because of the *hit-and -miss quality of the food I've experienced previously, and today I lost that gamble. This time I bought a breakfast biscuit meal, and she the hash browns were fine the biscuit was all skin, sinew and cartilage. I tried to get three bites all around the biscut hoping to find the chicken meat, but each bite held only what I can describe as the part of the chicken that should be cut off before you cook it. The inside of the biscuit was pale yellow and sinew fibers were sticking out

I was door dashing this morning and was met with religious discrimination from a young male Christian working drive through as I was walking in. I urge cameras to be checked. The male looked at me, chuckled and proceeded to make the cross hand gesture, as if I was revolting for being a Muslim woman who wears the headscarf. Told inside staff and I genuinely feel they didn’t believe me and will do nothing to rectify this with me. So for all those reasons that this specific cfa location gave me, I will never walk into a chick fil a ever again.

I ordered a Lemondade and a Coke. I had to get out of my car after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get two drinks. They skipped me to fill other orders behind me. When I got out of my car, I got an “Oh, here is your Order.” No apology. No sorry for your wait and not it was my pleasure.

They gave my food to the wrong car in the drive thru. No apology. No compensation. Waited for 10-15 extra minutes because of their mistake. You guys have been sucking lately. Hopefully the management improves.

Probably the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. There is no reason I should be waiting 20mins for a curbside order to get to my car. If I'm doing a mobile curbside. I shouldn't have to go inside to get.
