This is the best Chick-fil-A in the triangle. The intersection gets busy and can be tough to not feel overwhelmed but the lines move quick and service fast. I ordered a yogurt parfait from the breakfast menu and only received a half of cup of yogurt and about 3 blueberries. At $5.19 one would think I could have gotten at least 3/4 cup of yogurt. Location on Falls of Neuse. Drive thru

Usually the service is great during the morning/lunch time, but the night crew needs A LOT of work and adult supervision. Some of us don’t get off work until 8pm and just want a quick filling meal, but I guest tonight’s crew on 3/26 felt like giving us scraps. The guy who took our order looked like he didn’t want to be there, but on top of that we had to tell him twice what chicken we wanted on our salad. I guess he didn’t hear us the second time because our order was wrong at the window, so we had to wait extra time just to receive our cob salads with whatever leftover chicken they can give us (inserting picture below of both salads). I spend so much money here and normally this Chick-fil-A is great, but I hope you can take my advice on bettering the night crew.

They did great as usual but when I took sip of my drink I immediately went back and another one I was less than 3 minutes from chick fil a, we see the carbonation was not there but they fixed it and gave another one?

It was not so great getting in and out of this location with the traffic at breakfast and lunch, but the service was quick. My chicken was dry but not so bad that I couldn't eat it. Friendly
I’d never been to Chick-fil-A before and was quite excited because I’d heard good things and this was my first time visiting America.I was with my girlfriend who was driving and we arrive and line up behind a big line of cars. Someone comes up and asks for our order and i asked to see the menu, since he asked us way before any of the menu boards were even visible.They didn’t have a menu, and the guy suggested i read and decide based off the buttons on his tablet and he tried to pass that through our car window. The buttons on the tablet were meaningless so i asked if i could walk inside to check the inside menu, which i then did.I just got through the breakfast section (not to the lunch section yet) of the menu when he came and said my girlfriend was getting close to the order point and i needed to come back. I’d still not seen the menu but hop in the car as we slowly inch forwards behind the line of cars to the main menu board and order point.The guy was standing outside my car door just shuffling sideways staring at me and holding his tablet. At this point i still havent seen the lunch menu so we just wait another five minutes to slowly make it to the front.He keeps interrupting me as I’m trying to read through to hurry me up and place my order. I think they just expect you to know it, theres no other way to justify this whole situation.Anyway we eventually have to park and wait for the food and once we get it, it’s pretty gross. The waffle fries are soggy and salty. The chicken burger is dry.Overall horrible experience i don’t understand the hype. Even if the ordering was smooth the food was still pretty underwhelming.
