Update:I went there again yesterday, they took my order over the phone and food was ready when I was there! It was delicious. Highly recommend this place. It is halal too!------------------------------------------I am a fan of Chicken Bee and I usually get food from the Cary and Durham locations. I was happy to see one open up in Raleigh but disappointed when I got food from there because of three reasons:1. I called to order over the phone, they asked me to come in and order or order through some app. The Cary location at least takes orders over the phone and it is ready by the time I arrive.2. When I went and ordered, it took around 35+ minutes to get my food ready.3. I order the supreme gochujang chicken all the time. So this time, I could compare and see that the taste was not as delicious as the other locations. The chicken wasn't well seasoned inside and was rubbery. Very disappointing. All the above issues that I mentioned are probably because they have just opened up and are adjusting to the orders. With a bit of fine tuning, they should be fine over time. For how expensive it is, the expectations should be high.

Definitely a new favorite chicken spot! The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean this location is - tables are bright yellow and white. There's a bit of unused space that will hopefully hold a few more spots to eat at as they get more established. There are a few tvs up, and I bet if you ask nicely the owners would put on a state or Canes game. Their hours are 11-11, which is perfect for that area of Raleigh! Currently, the drink options are limited to bottled NA beverages, but rumor has it they will have beer in stock soon, which will honestly be a GREAT addition to their spicy chicken.Had lunch with a friend there today, and the food was fresh, hot and delicious! Tried a few of their sauces on the boneless wings, and heads up, the spicy does have a bit of spice but it's delicious and manageable, especially with the white rice side. Dumplings were tasty - first time I've had sauced dumplings! Fried zucchini, chefs kiss! At first I thought the prices may be a bit high, but then I walked out with two to go boxes of leftovers that I will greatly enjoy later this weekend!Had a chance to chat with the owner (who is delightful!) and, while they've only been open for 3 weeks, I hope to see this spot packed next time I'm there!

Kind of a sterile joint with metal chairs and plastic tables. Order on a computer. I am waiting (quite a while) for my food, so don't come if you're in a hurry. Korean music videos play loud inside. Can't comment on food as I haven't received it yet...

Chicken Bee soft opened recently in Mission Valley plaza where the Waffle House used to be. It's fantastic. I've tried the wings, drumsticks, and chicken tenders. All the sauces I've tried have been wonderful - they are so flavorful. I've tried soy garlic, spicy, and honey garlic. The spicy is very forward and doesn't build / linger beyond its welcome. The other two are the perfect blend of savory and sweet but each have their own flavor. My favorite item I've had so far is the wings, in whatever sauce sounds best in the moment. I am so happy this is open, it's a tremendous addition to the area and I am so so so happy to not have to drive all the way across town to Bonchon or the H Mart food court anymore. The people working here are super friendly. Ordering is done on a kiosk. It's a good way to explore the menu and I wish everyone there the best as this new location gets its legs under it.
The staff was really nice and clearly working very hard to make sure things went well. There were some hiccups that I believe will be ironed out as they get more time and experience! For example, they ran out of rice by 12:30, which was a bummer, but they offered to swap it out for another side at no charge. Also there was no functioning drink machine at the time we went. That being said, I will absolutely be coming back, as the chicken was delicious, and once some kinks are worked through this will definitely be a 5-star restaurant!

Food is delicious! We came in and got the half whole chicken with the garlic honey flavor along with a basket of fries. The owner and all of the staff are all so incredibly friendly, as the hospitality is through the roof here. Would definitely recommend for others to come and try as I will be coming back in the future.

Halal Chicken in town! One of the best wings I had. Lil bit expensive, they can pay attention to that, but the service was good. We went for lunch and they were short staffed, but the owner tried best to serve the best. While we were waiting they gave us free french fries which were really good. We had large wings with spicy garlic and honey garlic sauce, chicken fried rice and ramen. The quality of rice and chicken were really good. You cannot beat the hospitality!
