I went here on Friday night April 5 2024.. My friend order vegetarian lo main they it in a paper bag..be the time she got home the food drop out of the paper bag on ground.. We call back and ask for a replacement the own said NO.. they did not even close the box up the bag got wet causing the food to fall out.. Never again will I spend my money there.. You could have just made it again..the food was only 6.00.. all he had to do was remake it again..

This was my second time eating here. The first time was pretty bad, but this time was great!! I got shrimp fried rice here about a year ago, and it was awful. I decided to try again and it was great this time!! I'm glad I went back.The rice was good and hot, and the service was also great. I'll definitely visit again.Vegetarian options: You can customize most dishes to get them without meat.

Ordered chicken wings and shrimp egg foo young… the order of chicken wings were horrible. Seemed as if the chicken wings were cooked earlier and then just re dropped in dirty grease… the gravy for the egg foo young had an horrible smell and couldn’t eat it… they gave me a pork egg roll when I ordered a shrimp egg roll. I called to get that corrected which they did with no problem, as it seemed they recognized the mistake, this was before trying the egg foo young or opening the container the chicken wings were in, which is why I gave a 3 for customer service. The restaurant was very busy when I placed my order so I attempted to give them another try. ???? I ordered chicken wings again and got the same results plus this time the chicken came with feathers smh. I will not be returning. Their food is too high to be mid and to have feathers on chicken, you get 4 wings with fried rice or French fries for about 10 dollars smh, at least you can properly clean the chicken.

I have been here several times but has just gone down hill. Hardly any vegetables in their Chicken Lo Mein. Chicken amount, eh but mostly noodles. I can make my own noodles for a whole lot less money and they wanted a tip for a to go. Not cool. Pretty dissatisfied/disappointed. Won't go back there again!!

Service via Uber Eats is decent not perfect! The food is good but they don’t read the notes, requests for each meal (I.e. less salt) per request. I do recommend it but also, a few items like the spare ribs boneless willCome burnt. Not my cup of tea.
chicken look like something other than chicken. cashier would not cook me something else or give me a refund. cashier became irate, because she did not want to compromise. she kept yelling she cooked this food same way for 20 years. I did not yell back at her, but she refused to tone her voice down and threatened to call police on me. will never go back there again or recommend them to others. her rudeness was unnecessary. I only gave them 1 star, because they were clean. my cousin bought food there a few weeks ago, she said the same thing about her rudeness.

The owners were the absolute worst. First as I walk in she is on the phone and ignoring that she has customers. I make eye contact to give my order, I ordered chicken chow mein as I usual do at other places restaurants. This lady tries to correct me by saying do you mean lo mein and I was offend at first but as this ordering process went on she became more rude. Her customer service skills were very lacking. I got my food and the chicken looked fake or like mashed tofu. I was very uncomfortable eating it and after all her other customers were done ordering I went up quietly to ask her if I could change my food out. She basically got loud and aggressive saying she cant change my food, she wont give me my money back. The only option was to reorder something for half the price. I didnt want to spend another dollar there after how she spoke to me. Then a customer watching and hearing everything that happened requested her money back. So she really got mad because the other customer told her that was not nice how she is treating a customer. She started yelling at both of us and then threatened to call the police. "Ok" for asking for our money back I guess?? I run a business and I treat my clients with respect, I try to accommodate them to make them happy. I realize this city can get really small when you start reacting in an unprofessional manner. CHINA FU is not recommended for the quality of food, terrible customer service, and lack of respect towards other races. She really made me feel like it was a black issue. As if I cant read or see pictures for the food I ordered. Ignoring my presence upon arrival and while trying to order and to yelling and threaten customers was very unacceptable.Never will I ever order from this restaurant again in life.Yall better watch what you eat.. that was not real chicken..
