I am a frequent customer of the store, and I can definitely say that they have improved over the past couple years! I just came in to get a burrito and these girls slayedddd. My burrito was out so fast and they were all so friendly and efficient! In the past, I would order online, and it still wouldn't be ready after getting there! I always felt like they forgot about me. But the crew that they have now killed it! thx queens

Doesn't matter which protein you get, you'll get less than 1 full scoop every time. They always skimp out on the meat and go heavy heavy on the rice. I've seen a few chipotles do this but this location is hands down the worst. Would not recommend this location!

You can count the amount of 5 Star reviews in the last 12 months on just two fingers.This review is for a manager to maybe care about. Clearly I am not a problem customer because of all these honest, frequent review. The most recent ones are mostly about mobile orders. With my review being in a shop I can understand why the mobile orders are the way they are. On a sunday afternoon I was immediately greeted obnoxiously from behind the register, by a woman joyfully screaming all the items they didnt have available. Shredded cheese, guacamole, queso dip, corn, Pico, lettuce, the list was long. With atleast 10 employees on that shift, from a customer perspective it looked like laziness and lack of food prep.Someone who works here must see the same pattern on these reviews, nothing is ever prepped or available any any given time and staff are not offering great customer service.I'd love to get curious with you as to why the reviews stay so consistent but there are no changes to your buisness?

Manager of the shift was happy to tell customers all of the food they were out of for the night, more than hour to close. Youre more worried about having less to clean up than you are delighting customers.

Lady asked me if I wanted queso, I said yes and she gave me like half the scoop thing and I paused surprised and asked could you add a little more and she responds with “you want a double”? lolThat was wild but that’s the first time that’s ever happened to me so 1 star because how are you gonna charge me for a full scoop of queso and giving me the bare minimum. She wasn’t rude about it though I’ll give her that. She was being for real about wanting to charge me twice for one scoop though?

I've eaten here several times in the past 2 months, hoping things would improve, sadly if anything they've gotten worse. I truly believe there is as much protein in the veggie burrito as the chicken or steak based on the amount of meat in them. Service is unfriendly and appears to want to let you know via attitude and demeanor that they are only there out of necessity. I will not be retuning to this location anytime soon. Terrible all round.

The smallest burrito I have ever had! No joke. To make matters worse, I had a mobile order and they seemed backed up so I waited 15 minutes past the pickup time. As I was walking up to ask for the status of the order, I see my bag on the counter behind the cashier. Turns out it was ready the whole time, but nobody bothered to put it on the pickup rack. Anyways, I now understand why this chipotle has 3 stars. Well deserved rating. Ate my cold small burrito over the sink like a rat, since the wrap job was also terrible.

Disappointing. This location consistently short-changes you on key ingredients (i.e. proteins, cheese, salsa, etc). The tacos and burritos are usually only about 25% or less full. The value just doesn’t make sense when you’re paying $15+ for lunch. If it were me, I would go elsewhere.If the strategy of this location’s management is to grow their profitability by cutting costs and shortchanging customers, their top line sales will suffer as more and more customers go elsewhere.

Horrible! I ordered a sofritas burrito and it was not edible. It was freezing cold and didn’t even have sofrias in it. It did have spinach which isn’t even on the menu. Just don’t go.

Customer service wasn't great & they give small portions. My carne asada was chalky/grainy and dried up as if it had been sitting there for days. Don't even bother going to this location.

I came in and wanted to try something different so I asked about the tacos. I asked the server if I had to get all the same meat or can I mix it up he said yes but forgot to mention that the price would cbange by about 3 dollars. No problem just a mistake but when I asked about it the other female employee became really weird and rude like one of those people that nobody shid hire anywhere. No regards for a corporate chain no service she really thought I was eating out her house and I have to take it or leave it. Not to mention the place was filthy and they didn't have the food on the heated rack there were seving food from off the back tables like it was closing time but they had over a hour to go. Horrible attitude staff. I didn't get to get her name because I was so disgusted at her attitude. She was cutting me off while speaking. Signifying by saying "at the end of the day" after every statement. Just ridiculously giving chipotle the wrong image
