Horrible. The worst pizza I have had from chow in a while. I had to attach a picture for reference. The bread was stale, cooked WAYYYY to long and minimal toppings (which is not how it normally is). If I would have been me and not my husband getting the pizza I would have refused to pay. Def not the standard at chow. Usually have wonderful pizza. don't go on a holiday

The food takes too long, the drinks are poor, and the wait staff is bad. Today in the parking lot we were harshly accused of walking out without paying. Then our waiter blamed the manager. I don't what kind of establishment they're trying to run, but maybe more training and attention to detail would do some good for this place.

We enjoy the occasional visit to Chow. It's been awhile but never had issues but we won't be back. After waiting close to 10 minutes for our waiter to first come to the table ( they were not crowded) we Ordered 2 pizzas. Wife's pizza was correct but a bit bland. I ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza that has chicken, bacon, onions, and BBQ sauce. Well it's supposed to have those items on it. ZERO chicken, about a teaspoon of tiny pieces of bacon and very little bbq sauce or onions. I knew it looked "skimpy" but not sure till I took a bite and realized "where's the chicken?" How can a pizza missing the main ingredient leave the kitchen? Left the table to find my waiter, once he looked at it he offered to put some chicken on that pizza instead of offering me a new one. Told him I wanted a new one. By the time it arrived it had the right toppings on it (still very little bbq sauce). No offer of a discount, no visit from the Mgr to apologize or see if the new one was satisfactory. It was still bland compared to pizzas of the past. At least the beer was good.

Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Our pizza was very bland, very little sauce, and plain. The fries were soggy and bland no salt. I also got a BBQ burger that was the best thing we got and it was a 6/10. My margarita was nothing special at all.

I've been here before, but never done a review. This place has average food and average service. When you walk in, it certainly smells like a bar and there's quite a few young people serving you that have no experience. The Pizza is OK. The burgers and the wings are actually good. It's not a place that I would frequent often because it's just not that good.

We gave it another go and boy, what a difference. Food was A LOT better. Their steak and cheese sandwich was delicious, and so were the chicken tenders we gave the kids. Service also improved from last time: quick and attentive. We had to wait a little bit to sit (15min aprox), but in the end we enjoyed our visit.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. They have 5 arcade games and pinball machine.
