HANDS DOWN best cinnamon bun I have ever had. The bun itself was a PERFECT consistency for a cinnamon bun while the toppings just added the extra flare. Octavia was EXTREMELY nice and helped me select my first bun to try. 100% will be returning

If you don’t like your job just say that. Walked in to pick up an order. I spoke saying hi how you doing, no response from the young man at the other end of the counter. A young lady eventually greeted us, while the young man made his way over talking to her still not acknowledging the customer. Then eventually stops what he is doing to come to register and ask how he can help. Tuh you can help by fixing your attitude.

I have no pictures to post because I ate my treat before I realized I didn't take any ?. The Lemon Blueberry poundcake was everything dreams are made of! Sweet, but not in an artificial way, great portion size, loaded with berries, and it tastes very fresh. The store was clean and the service was good. They have cookies, other baked goods, and a couple flavors of ice cream sorbet... Also, they have reward points.

Stopped by around noon, the store hours said the shop was open and the open sign was on but there was no one inside and the doors were locked. :((
I want to start on a positive note because I absolutely LOVE Cinnaholic, the franchise, as the cinnamon rolls are to die for. I was so excited to see this pop up in Raleigh because I was missing the one in San Jose, CA so much! However, I rated it a 3 because I've visited this location numerous times and the customer service here is terrible! I never feel appreciated as a customer and for that reason will probably stop going here. I had so much hope and kept coming back in hopes that the customer service would improve but it hasn't yet. I wanted to leave a review so that I could let the manager/owner know that customer service training is much needed if you want people to keep coming back. The cinnamon rolls, the brownies, and the cookies are perfect but if I don't feel good while buying it i am more likely to choose to go somewhere else instead. Also, they don't have a rewards system like the other ones Ive visited and if they do, no one has mentioned it to me. Just a friendly observation from a customer who loves your products.

Oh the decadence!! These cinnamon rolls are delicious and great for a splurge. The smell alone sells them. They are put together while you wait so they are warm and fresh.

Quick & friendly service, a bit pricey which is apt for the area. Carmel apple delicious, berry just ok, s'mores too sweet, cookie monster too much. Will be back to try more flavors .

Drove 20 minutes to get some tasty treats and was very disappointed with my experience today. Usually these Rolls are hot and fresh but today I arrived, placed an order and received cool cinnamon rolls with very little icing, I asked for more and asked if they had some warm-hot rolls ready and the lady stuck her hands on my cinnamon rolls to check the temperature and said she would add some icing. When she gave them back to me I politely asked for a refund and explained to her that I wanted a refund because she touched my food and it was extremely unsanitary for her to do after touching a million other things and didn’t changed her gloves after she took our orders on the computer.
