This particular location is hands down the worst Cook Out around and has been for years. I once thought that Cook Out was just terrible food because my only experience was at this location twice. It took many years and pleas from friends to try it again. I have enjoyed it from many other locations around town. But I stopped by the Western location this evening to find out that it is serving food that is every bit as disgusting and disappointing as it did nearly 20 years ago. The burgers I have been served here are so burnt that they have the moisture and mouth feel of a Brillo pad. This evening's hush puppies were so soggy that they felt like a dish sponge. And my fries tasted like they had been coated with an Indian seasoning. All I have ever gotten from this location of Cook Out have been trays of sadness.

The chick at the drive thru window was so unbelievably rude I thought I was being punked. Copped an attitude for literally no reason, totally unprovoked, and then didn't even look at me or say anything while handing me my food. Maybe don't hire people who display such utter contempt for customers.
Forgot the sauces we had ask for and our onions were outside our burger! So sloppy ! :(
