This cookout is always quick and efficient. The food always tastes just as the name suggests, like a cook out. The only downfall to this place is the drive thru line itself. It's such a squeeze to get through between the curbs, that I've hit the curb a few times.Parking: Very small parking lot.

This place has consistently messed up an every order I have gotten from here. Either forgetting Cajun seasoning, cheese on a burger, cheese bites when ordered as a second side, etc. something is always off with every order I get from here. I asked for everything in my burger, apparently that is only onion, mayo, ketchup, a slice of lettuce, and the patties. Seriously, do better.

Food was cold. I think they are prepping food and letting it sit. Not cool.
Tight squeeze with a smallish car to order. If you don't know the menu it's hard to read quickly while you hold up the line of cars.My corn dogs were good but my double order of white cheddar bites were lukewarm...cheese was pretty solid. So disappointing.

The customer service here is the worse & I was livid when I got home & didn't have the food I ordered. I should have checked my order before pulling out of drive-thru but they rush you out the line. More pissed when I tried to call the CookOut on Capital Blvd when I discovered they had given me someone else order & the only phone number was a 1-800 #. I trashed the entire tray which was a burger with cheese, chili, & pickles, fries with extra seasoning, a wrap, & drink, totally disgusting!! Receipt cashier name was Juan. I paid $8+for food I never received or ordered & as of today nobody from CookOut local location nor Corporate office never returned my call!! I want my $8+ back & my CORRECT ORDER DONE RIGHT!! I really hate bad service!!Dietary restrictions: No salt
