Unbelievable food and service! We had dinner at Coquette for a celebration on April 2nd. Ashton (our server and bartender) was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He helped make an already great day, even better! Thank you Ashton! We had two appetizers, split a salad and then a fabulous entree each. We couldn’t have asked for better!

The last couple of visits, the meals have been disappointing. I don't think they are paying enough attention to the little details in the food preparation that will bring you back.

Coquette disappointed last night. Cook was off; dishwasher was filling in.My companion, a chef and Restaurateur, ordered French Onion Soup. Previously a reliable choice. After all, the name’s Coquette. She found burned bread submerged. Guess the dishwasher didn’t think anyone would notice. She did - and wasn’t happy. The server asked, “Do you want another bowl!” Yes, please. The dining room manager made the appropriate sympathetic sounds with the accompanying smiles. My friend graciously accepted the replacement bowl. But was annoyed that burned bread made its way to her palate. Did I mention she’s a chef?I ordered Beef bourguignon. Usually a hearty serving - and it was chilly and rainy out. It looked like the child’s or lunch portion. But the price was for the dinner portion. I chalked it up to high prices and inflation and didn’t demur.I should have - for as we were leaving, I noted that Beef bourguignon was served to a nearby table. A heaping bowl of Beef bourguignon! Definitely the dinner portion.Portion control is pretty important in a restaurant - cost control you understand. Coquette’s chef may have understood that principle, but the dishwasher apparently didn’t.I’d ordered French Onion Soup after my entree because I was still hungry. As I departed, the server said, God Bless You, which was fine. I just wished Coquette had “fed the hungry!”Not sure I’ll return - don’t know if the cook or the dishwasher will be preparing my meal.

Pastries were really good, biscuits were the highlight. Omelette was bland, chicken was bland (chicken salad entree). A place dressed up as a nice restaurant when in reality it is quite average.

Delicious custard-like quiche with aside salad was delicious served hot. Enjoyed the crispy Brussels sprouts and the coffee was delicious and served hot. I will be back ! Service is friendly and attentive.

Perfect spot for brunch with friends! Brie Biscuits were amazing, and Espresso Martini was great. Very nice esthetic and cool atmosphere, plenty of nearby parking. Highly recommend.

First of all, wow ... just wow ! Stopped in because I'm a lover of all things French. Did not expect to be wow'ed like this ! The restaurant decor, layout, and design are all absolutely beautiful, the staff although don't look very French were extremely nice, intelligent, aware, and locked in. Food was wayyyyyyy better than I expected !!!! I felt bad because I had to leave early to get back to a class but the bar staff understood the mission and helped out with plating my food to go even though I thought I was dining in at first. I recommend this spot to anyone visiting Raleigh,. I have a feeling this place will probably open more locations because it's JUST THATTTT GOOD !

This was a great French place. I don't normally go to places like this but I'm glad I went here. The staff were amazing! Thank you so much for a great time. While my food was very delicious and cooked to perfection, my friend's food was not made in the same way when it was supposed to be the same dish. I'm not upset but I just want you all to realize what you're doing. Everyone should have the same great experience and quality food that I had. You created a great and memorable experience for me. I will be returning soon. Hopefully to try a new dish. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting from Massachusetts or the New England area.

Not gonna lie. I was quite disappointed. I love simple French cuisine and coquette give me this vibe. But I had the worst steak fries ever in here.Cus first of all is not bistro steak. Cuz it supposed be lean tender cut.idk which part of cow they cut this steak I sure know it tastes really toughIt was kind of rush hour lunch break. Server bring back the wrong drink and waited 20 mins for drink to come. They should hire more people to serve during rush hour. So people won’t have to wait 20 mins for a drink. It was a bad dinning experience. Bring home the steak to my dog. She loved it.

Went with high hopes and truly was not fine dining experience. Our server Keila first off was not aware of what came on the charcuterie appetizer. She had to go ask the kitchen. The restaurant had two menu changes that were not noted on the menu so had to be explained, which she did not when presenting the menus but after people tried ordering. The restaurant should have had an errata sheet with the menu noting all the items that were not available. The lentils had two small stones in them that were pointed out to her but she neither apologized for them nor said she would bring them to the attention of the kitchen. Others in our partition noted that the food was okay, just did not seem to be served hot. We put in a drink order and she failed to bring one of the drinks and had to be reminded to get the drink. The macrons are not made in house and she did not know if they were brought in fresh or frozen. They looked like what we would get from Trader Joe's. And they person who bright them out did not even pronounce them correctly, calling them macaroons, not macrons, Overall we doubt we will ever go back again nor recommend them to others especially as our experience should be 'average' and can only imagine what would make it just that much worse. Sorry, look elsewhere.

We went in and were seated at the bar. Madison took great care of us. The food was delicious and I definitely recommend the burger. My wife and I enjoyed the visual feel of the place as well

The absolute best quiche I’ve ever had anywhere. Everything is delicious and fresh. Staff and atmosphere are lovely. A top 3 favorite restaurant of mine in the Triangle, for sure.
