Great food... duh, you actually pick out your ingredients, and they cook it in front of you, so if it isn't great, then let someone else pick your ingredients. The service is great if it's the ladies and not the slow guy who looks like he's best friends with Shaggy and Scooby Doo.

Food was good but if you have leftovers they'll charge you by the pound if you take it home!!!! That's double dipping in my book. Cost us $22.00 each in the end which I thought was expensive. That really rubbed me the wrong way so I probably won't go back. Service was okay.

Just spent the night with my family of 5 projectile vomiting for hours. No joke. We ate here and it gave food poisoning to 4/5 of our group. Hidden service charge automatically added to a group of 5 ? Also the food was awful, poorly prepared, and not very fresh. I told the cook thanks and she grunted back at me "meh". Please, please don't make the mistake to eat here, especially if your family is on vacation and doesn't want to spend an entire day vomiting.

Horrible Experience!!! I have order to go in past and my experience was good. But my recent experience was Horrible! When my husband and I first arrived when asked for the pricing and the process. The hostess didn't do a good job explaining. But we decided to dine in since the hostess stated it would be cheaper. The cook put our food in to go boxes. I notice the hostess/waitress acting weird so I explained the cook didn't ask if we were dining on or to go and put the food in go to trays. I believe she was upset because we were using to go utensils, which cost extra. After eating one quarter of the dry and tasteless food, I decided to save it and maybe feed it to my dog later. When I was walking out the door the hostess stopped me and said she needs to charge me $5.99. I was confused since just paid $40.00. After going back and forth with her I decided the food wasn't worth it paying the extra charge for to take home and walked away. I obvious this restaurant is money hungry and will continue to lose business!

Food is good, atmosphere is fairly good. Giving a 1 star on service as my husband went to the bathroom and saw a cook use the bathroom and leave without washing his hands. Then he proceeded to cook.

Paid by the bowl $13.99/bowl. Seemed reasonable until you finish and have leftovers and they charge you to take your own fully paid for leftovers out the door at $5.99/lb. They are literally trying to double charge you for the food you already paid for.Additionally, they have a policy that gratuity is added automatically and required for 4 people or more. Gratuity...for a place where I have to literally assemble my own meal. This "gratuity" is also disguised as a "service charge" and have the nerve to prominently request an additional tip on the check. With policies like this, we absolutely will not be returning.

Definitely the worst out of the 3 triangle locations. At least the others don’t charge you $5.99/lb to take home your leftovers.

I have been coming here for years. You pay for your food to dine in and they want to charge an additional $5.99 per pound to take the food you've already paid for with you. What a damn joke. Also there sanitation grade is worse than Sheetz or McDonald's.... $5.99 to take the food you've already paid for.... How dumb can you possibly be?.

The food was pretty good, but the policies here are ridiculous. This is the first mongolian grill I've been to where they charge you per bowl. On top of that, after I had paid for two bowls of food, they want to charge you $5.99/lb to bring home the leftovers of food I have already paid for. Dumbest policy I have ever seen at a restaurant.

Loved the freshness of the food, hated the burnt taste and how dry it was . Surprised they didn’t have any Yum Yum sauce . First time being here no one explained how things were supposed to go , luckily we had common sense to figure out on our own. Left and I’m still hungry will never be back . I thought it was an all you can eat buffet , nope they charge per bowl .

The food was good. I don't agree with paying by the bowl if you eat in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was nice.
