I’m glad I’m not the only one with bad experiences. Lets me know that their so claimed “busiest day ever” was a lie. We ordered a pizza and Parmesan bites and waited for over an hour when delivery said 20-30 minutes. Called the place and they said that their driver dropped off our order in front of our door (husband was standing outside our door at this point reiterating that it was NOT there). They said they could redeliver it and that it would be another 25-45 minutes at this point. Time goes by and it says our order was being checked (next step would be delivery), tracker never moved so husband went and got the food. The next day I’m leaving my apartment complex and I see a pizza box and bread bites box from dominos thrown out in front of the complex, so I got out to see what it was. Lo and behold it was the exact same thing we had ordered the night before! Their driver I’m assuming couldn’t find our apartment so instead of calling us for directions threw our food out of the window!Will never order from here again.

Well they dropped our pizza on the ground and then told it would be 45mins until they could redeliver it. Then they called back to reiterate that it would take a while. So I asked if I could pick it up instead and how long would that take. Their response was 45 mins maybe, we 14 orders behind.Then they called back again to try and interrogate me about if the pizza actually messed up.For the record I live under 10 mins always from this location.At no point during this process, did they ever take the time to say apologize. Never ordering form here again. Bad business

Absolute WORST delivery experience from this location. Driver had very clear, specific delivery instructions, and instead of following them or calling, decided to just leave the neighborhood. Called the manager and he claimed the driver tried to call us. Very easily saw in call logs that he didn’t. Will never order from this location again.

Ordered my food over the phone and drove to the store after 25-30 mins and when I got there I was told no one ever cooked it smh then I asked could I speak to the manager and was told that there was nothing she would or could do. VERY disappointed, VERY rude and Very inconsiderate; horrible experience, horrible customer service. Wasted 2 hrs of my time, I could’ve went somewhere else. Never ordering from there again!

If you set your standards to fast good pizza, this place is good. Friendly staff and good pizza. Sometimes one of them forgets how to slice even sizes but usually they're good.Kid-friendliness: Fun little viewing area for kids to step up and watch the pizzas getting made.

In line to pick up a carry out order and when the person in front of me finished their order, the person at the register left without speaking to me. Luckily someone else realized I was there and came to help. Got home and the pizzas are over cooked and barely have sauce. It seems that this is a common complaint - maybe they need to check the ovens?!

Ordered the pizza at 8:50 and it reported about 20 minutes till reat. Showed up around 9:25 to the employees stressing about the system being slow. Told us it would be 20 minutes. No problem, went to Walmart to walk around and came back at 9:51 and was told 10 more minutes. We left at 10:15 with our pizzas. I was not happy. When I started eating it I was disappointed when I put in the system extra sauce. It has little to no sauce.I will never go back to the Domino's again. Please check management as the employees seemed to be doing their best.

Order was placed online. We picked up our two medium two topping pizzas both were burnt but cold and neither had what we ask for on the pizzas no extra cheese and a couple pieces of bacon and one had a blank hole in it..was highly dissatisfied should have went next door to papa johns

Ordered online 30 minutes before closing- one sandwich and one salad. Keep in mind this store is less than 3 miles from me. Order was confirmed, card was charged, and the tracker said Kaililyn was prepping the order. About 15-20 minutes later the tracker hadn't moved and suddenly the order was cancelled, now they won't answer the listed phone to call and you conveniently can't report an issue elsewhere unless an order is received. It made no sense, I should have ordered Papa Johns. There was no explanation provided as to why it canceled. Definitely won't ever attempt another order here.
