My go to Domino's. I will drive out of my way to this Domino's, as opposed to getting delivery from the awful Domino's in Fuquay. My food is always ready when they say it is going to be and always accurate.

UPDATE;Would NOT go back to this store if it was the last one. Pizza tracker said ready at 745pm, checked in...sat there 20 mins no Pizza. Had to walk in to hear them say they didn't have any order for us. FINALLY got the pizzas & bread bites. Luke warm Pizza & cold bread bites.RUDE EMPLOYEES. Was told 'I don't care if it took 25 mins to give you the Pizza."Save your money & go somewhere else that has quality food & people who actually care about their product.Michael wins the prize for worst Customer service at ANY Dominos hands down.**************************We have been ordering from this Domino's for years. Usually the food is hot & fresh. Placed my order at 6:30. Saw quality check was at 6:49pm according to the app. At 7:25pm still no food. Called the store & was told by the girl who answered the phone it had JUST came out if the oven & they were running late.Then they had to replace a salad I ordered as well. The food arrived 1 hr & 35 mins after orderd & it was cold & dry. The pizza was cold & overcooked...the sandwich was cold & dry. The pasta at best was luke warm.We were definitely disappointed because this food had NOT just came out of the oven...that was a lie...my husband used to work for Domino's so he knows how it works. After this we will think twice about ordering there again.

We have ordered from this location many times with no problems-order always correct and delivered within timeline given. About a month ago ordered our usual with arrival time 45mins. After an hour of waiting, I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. We went ahead and made a sandwich assuming there was no pizza coming. TWO HOURS later our doorbell rang. Our pizza had arrived. We refused the order as we no longer needed and 2 hrs was unacceptable when given a 45min timeline. Tonight we ordered again. Pizza was to be delivered in 30 mins(it was 7:30pm). Pizza arrived in one hour but it was not our order. Driver said they could remake but it was already 8:30pm and we couldn't wait another hour for another delivery. Even though we have enough points for 2 free pizzas we will not be ordering from this location again.

Honestly f this place I didn’t even get my order!tipped the man and all!!I can understand it being a mistake with maybe the adress or something like that!!but when I called to resolve the matter no one in the store even answered the phone called several times throughout the day and not once did receive an actual person very disappointed

This is the only domino's that delivers to my house..welllll out of the last 6 orders, 5 of them were messed up some how.. tonights no different.. ordered several pizza's and 2 side's.. one of the side's is wrong and pizza isn't hot... I wish I could order from a different domino's because this location sucks!

I've been ordering from this location for over 15 years with no problems. In the past few months, I have tried to order a couple times only to be told that the wait time would be 3+ hours because they were understaffed on a Friday no less. This location used to be my go to for a quick, tasty, hot pizza. Now I'm lucky to even get to place an order online. I don't know what happened but obviously I'm not the only one that has been having problems trying to order from this location. I'm sorry to say that I will no longer give my business to Dominos. The restaurant's standards have gone down the drain in the past year. I hate this because this used to be a great location. Corporate really needs to have a talk with the franchisee about how to run a business and have proper staffing for busy nights. When this location was doing good they would have 10+ employees in there having a good time and jamming out pizzas with a smile on their face. Now you are lucky to see 2 people in there that look absolutely miserable because they have way more work than they can handle. It is not the employees fault that dominoes will not staff enough people to actually run the business. I have no idea what happened but obviously someone is running this location into the ground.

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 5:30 on a Wednesday. We don’t order from this location on weekends because it always takes a very long time. They took over an hour and a half to get here this time too. Food itself is fine but wasn’t hot. This location has had several issues with very long deliveries in recent months and we have had enough. Will be getting pizza delivered from elsewhere from now on.
Did online order on the way to downtown raleigh. Decided to stop by and pick up a pizza here and did curbside delivery. couldnt find sign or parking spot for it so i parked in front with hazards. First thing worker said was next time we wont deliver out to you. No hi or anything just attitude. She said it was mentioned but there was no message on the app or on the front of the store. Seem all pissy this larger pale lady for no reason. Pizza was good but service not much.

just look at their pizza! this is Dominos..this is my second experience in 15 days..this was a 15 minute late order already and this is their pan pizza! crust wasn’t even halfway baked..surely this is my last order and going to make sure this won’t happen to any of my neighbors here..looking for a zero star in google review.

Had to cancel order. Went inside for pick up at designated time, and there was five orders ahead of me yet to be prepped, which is before it even goes in the oven. Papa John’s got my order and it was picked up at the exact time they told me it would be ready!Edited because I wanted to add that when I picked up my Papa John’s pizza at the intersection of Highway 42 and Highway 50, they had seven employees working behind the counter, versus this Domino’s at McCullers only had 2. Domino’s needs to figure out how they can get more employees. This was on a Thursday night, both locations between the hours of 5 and 6 PM.
