Have given them 3 chances all were horrible experiences. Missing items, extremely delayed delivery times, cold food.You can tell they must be understaffed with both cooks and drivers; when you look at the tracker app the pizzas take long times to get started and even tho they seem to be made with care and quality products it then shows that after they're cooked it takes extremely long times 20-30mins before it gets to delivery which adds even more time..

This place sucks!!!!! Orders go on delivered all the time! Then the food is ice cold and old when you get it!! Took 3 hrs to get one pizza and when it came it was ice cold and dry!!! They didn’t even take the time to make a fresh one! The manager is a rude horrible person!! He will fight with a customer in a heartbeat over orders that have been paid for and you expect to be right! Tried them twice and both times it was a horrible experience!! You are WAY BETTER OFF ordering from anywhere other than this place!!! Nasty!!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever...Ordered and paid for a medium pepperoni online it showed it would be ready in 20 mins for pickup showed up in 30 mins and was told that my pizza hadn't even started cooking yet so come back in another 25 mins so I left and came back in 30 additional more mins and then was told my pizza still hasn't been cooked and there are 2 more orders in front of mine ??? never again...Dominos you lost a customer for life with me this is beyond terrible service didn't get a sorry or what can we do to make up for it. I just requested a refund and went to Pizza Hut who took 15 mins.
manager is rude and doesnt care when his employees are disrespectful and use handicap spots with no handicap stickers --called three times he wouldnt discuss the matter and just hung up on me each time --refused to allow me to speak with anyone above him or to contact the franchise office -- dont use this place --if they treat your food like they treat people its been on the floor at least once

If I could leave this store 0 stars I would. If you want to wait over 2 hours to get a pizza that is LUKE WARM, and soggy then this is the place to order from. Save yourself the hassle and go with another location all together.

Said 40 min when ordering online and the Pizza took 2 hours to be delivered. Definitely won’t order from here again.Edit to add: the pizza tasted like straight cardboard. Can only assume this means the pizza sat for a while before being delivered. So gross!!
