I’ve been in this area for years and never once had it been this bad. Not only was this pizza not prepared well the appearance is also horrible. I still haven’t heard back from customer service regarding my refund.

This was my first experience here today I went to get my team lunch I order 4 medium pizzas online . I didn’t leave my Job till the tracker said the pizza was ready , the store is five minutes from my job . I get there and the pizza was not ready it was one person in the store she had at least five tickets to do herself. Then she asks me nicely to wait 15 minutes I did with no problem because she was polite and she was working hard. After my 15 minutes was up I went back in the store to find my pizzas were still not ready it was then Xavier making my food , again he was working hard so I was very patient with both workers . However this is unacceptable this is a lunch rush with two people then y’all offer delivery. I spent all of 45 minutes of my lunch break which is only a hour getting lunch for my team that’s ridiculous this store needs morning people during the rush

The owner of this location should be ashamed. The poor employees struggle to get orders made and delivered in a timely manner. My order was an hour late. The option(#3) to speak with management was disabled during my order. When I reported my dissatisfaction on the app it said “something went wrong” and I never received any type of reimbursement or points. Pay people more and you’ll have more employees! I live downtown and will NEVER order from this location again. Shame on you franchisee! Your business is terrible.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to order food. The app said our food was delivered but was never delivered so we tried to call the store 7 times and no one picked up. If someone can’t pick up a phone after seven times you need to be fired.

Ordered before and it was good. Not so good this time. The sandwich was dry and over cooked under a heat lamp or something. Paid $7 for delivery 1/4 mile away and it took an hour. I still tipped the delivery guy cause it wasn't his fault.But the sandwich was horrible. I couldn't even tell what it was.

Ordered delivery and my order was wrong. No pizza was delivered in my order, when I paid for one. Cheesy bread was supposed to have pepperoni.Edit: delivery driver was very nice and went back and got my pizza, besides the delivery driver I was unhappy with my experience.

Everything that I ordered was really good it was difficult putting my order in because I was not talking to a real person so it made it difficult to order my food but when I did get a chance to speak to a real person everything worked out very good
They Cancelled my 6 yr old daughters internet order and wouldn’t answer the phone (6-7times) to tell me / us why. I’m guessing bc they didn’t want to do what they built the brand on… DELIVERY!! If the founder of the company knew this , he’d pull your damn franchise. So Then it was too late for us to find any other delivery places and grocery stores were closed. She cried. I wanted to scream at them. But they wouldn’t answer - well they did, they just kept putting us on hold. 6 timesI used to like dominos. Now I hate them. Very uncool.We ate bread for dinner. Thanks Domino’s* and just for the record, I NEVER give negative reviews. I try to stay positive. So with that in mind, y’all are at the top of my negative list. You’re also the only one. My Husband and I always have an amazing experience and Jacob the Store Manager has been incredible to us!!! The best person I have ever seen work at any Pizza place and very hardworking, and makes it a wonderful experience every time definitely deserves a huge raise or some sort of recognition !! he is a very deserving young man, we were very pleased with our time spent at this location! Thank you Jacob !!!

We had a caterer bail on us for a work event leaving an office full of people that were promised lunch with no lunch. I ended up panic ordering pizza from the closest pizza place to us and these guys at Domino's KILLED it. They had my large and last minute order made correctly and delivered within 30 minutes. Thank you x 1million!

The worst dominos in the state. Believe me. Tried there several times. This last time is the LAST. They didn't even put tomato sauce on the pizza. It was like eating a tortilla shell with disgusting cheese on it that had been sitting for hours. Don't order from here.
