The chicken cutlet is the: Torta Milanesa - it's pretty good but I think the cheese steak is definitely more flavorful, so I preferred that over it. I was going to add some ground mustard sauce in the Torta Milanesa (like a tiny bit to kick up the flavor but not overpower it) but I forgot because it was messy to eat, and I demolished it. It’s more refreshing and lighter, I guess.Cheesesteak had carnitas as the meat and lots of sauce, so it was pretty good. It was filling but wasn't overly heavy feeling probably cause the other flavors it had in it. Definitely was savory. These sandwiches are shareable b/c how big they are.I don’t usually like sweet potato tots but this one was seasoned with some salt so it was balanced, and I actually liked it (I hate when they don't season the sweet potato fries or tots because you can't exactly put salt on it yourself because it’ll just bounce off and not stick as well once it cools)The mozzarella stick was $9 so not sure if I would get it again, but I just wanted some. It was definitely house-made and cheese pulled well and was also fully filled with cheese unlike those frozen ones you get that are 1/3 insides filled. With inflation it might be a good price.

Very busy on the weekends, RIW nowadays I suppose, about a 30-40 minute wait to get food from the time of ordering. We got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Kimchi Reuben Sandwich. Both were just OK. Not the best we’ve had, not the worst. Both hot sandwiches, both were both a bit soggy. A fine spot for quick lunch out. Some kinks to work out.

Every time I eat at EastCut Sandwich Bar I am blown away. The menu is great and different taste. Only down side is that I wash they stayed open later then 3pm.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu needs to include a grilled cheese but overall my niece ate the chicken and cheese sandwich and loved it and loved the curly fries a lot.

Not returning.. I try and support small and local but if u guys want to charge a 1.00 for 1 sauce to go with fries or sweet potatoe tots I won't return it was such a big deal to get a free sauce after paying almost 30 bucks today for a sandwich and tots .After had already paid with a credit I won't about to run my card for 1.00 .. the first times I visited sauces was on my tray like it came with sauces .. so if this is how chinchy this location wants to be I will not be backI could see charging for sauces if someone hasn't ordered anything or ask for tons of sauces ..Great turkey and dressing sandwiches
