I used to get french fries but not anymore, this is my fourth time and it’s the same, always dark brown not golden as usual

3/28 at 8:52pmThe service was horrible. We waited 30 minutes for some burgers and fries. The young guy that was bagging orders left our finished order sitting there on the counter without calling the order number for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, he was handing out orders of people that had just ordered. I tried to get his attention but he wasn’t paying attention to the line of customers. I finally flagged down the manager and she gave us the food. The fries were so salty, clumps of salt were all over the hamburger wrappers. We spent around $20 JUST on fries and they were inedible because of the sat.

One of my favorite to visit. The food and service is what’s good. Came into tonight and it was fairly busy. The team handled it very calmly and smooth, and worked beautifully as a team. Even had a team member who came in on an unscheduled shift and offered to help out. The manager communicated amazingly with his team, and everyone was upbeat and smiling. Loved the energy. Will definitely start coming here more after what I witnessed tonight. Thank you for the delicious food as well!

Ok. I don't care for their frys. Update 2/5/24. Changed to 5 star. The fresh are still not my favorite but they are good. The burgers and service is excellent.
