I usually love them, but tonight was slacking,the wings were small and sub par. I wish I hadn’t even wasted my money- about as terrible as papa john’s. the pizza tasted good but was completely smooshed in the box. Don’t do delivery- it took over an hour and I live less than 10 min from them. very disappointed.

Asked for well done and got a half cooked soggy crust pizza that reminds me of Little Caesars pizza, ugh! Was too close to closing once it was delivered so I didn't bother complaining. Just won't order here again..So not worth the price. Threw it away.

I have to say this is the best NY pizza I ever had. We had a big family gathering last week. The owner Zach, was very hospitable and friendly, exceptionally excellent service.Diffintely we will visit next time in town.Keep up the good work ??

Would've been 5* a couple years ago; now, the prices have all gone up and the quality has taken a drastic downturn. I miss the old ownership, really wish they'd rename it at this point because it definitely is not the same place anymore. Pizza was soggy and falling apart at the midpoint, like they hadn't flattened out the crust properly, and the soda machine is getting grimier and grimier. But, the sandwiches are still decent enough. Hopefully the new ownership pulls it together because if not, they're gonna see tips dry up first, then business itself is gonna fall off.

This pizza was incredible. The sauce and the cheese are so fresh. I’ve gone several times and it hits the spot every time. The service is so friendly, and just at great low key place to get that NY pizza craving. 10/10 recommend. Will be going back OFTEN!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved it! The food and service has been awesome. I’d come back in a heartbeat. I wish there was a location closer to NE Raleigh. The pepperoni was the best I’ve had in Raleigh. Wings were great, the bbq sauce was slappin. Like slap yo mama it was so good.

Not what it once was - pasta sauce tastes canned and has zero flavor - meatballs have the texture of a lacrosse ball… inedible. Pizza was decent but not as good as it was under the previous owners. Nice people though.

Had pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs. Sauce tasted canned, meatballs were vile and completely inedible. Do they keep meatballs in freezer for years or what?Glad they didnt find a way to somehow ruin the garlic bread as well

I have been eating at Gino's for over a decade...way back when they still brought pizza over to Monkey Joe's!! Stopped in today for a slice and was astounded by the change (none of which was good)! The floors were filthy, the tables not clean, the dust on the subway shirt was visible and thick, and the staff were completely uninterested. The worst off all of it, however, was whatever they have done to the pizza...it was limp and tasted like a pizza you'd order when you wanted something delivered in 30 min or less :( I couldn't understand what was happening until I looked up and all of Gino's cruises pictures (OMG that man loved a cruise ship!) and they were GONE! That's when I put my barely eaten pizza slice down and walked out.
