She said that 5 people got their drinks before she did (even though she placed her order before them). She also noted that none of the staff looked busy. Since she waited 20+ mintues she will now be very late to her job.

This coffee shop has been in the mall for a long time. I ordered a sugar free caramel latte. The coffee is great and staff were friendly. My coffee temperature was not very hot at time of service, but still drinkable.

Parking was easy to find, today on New Year’s Eve. It’s in the mall across from H & M, lower level of Crabtree Valley Mall.The customer service was upbeat and friendly. All smiles. I ordered a white chocolate, cherry chiller. It was very tasty.The coffee shop was clean and spacious. They offer seating if you want to enjoy your coffee inside.I can’t wait to try other flavors. I haven’t been to Gloria Jean’s since they were in North Hills over 20 years ago. I signed up for their rewards and went straight to the mall for some coffee. I will be returning soon.

This beautiful caramel apple chi was made by one of their amazing employees. I had 2 of the men there recommend it to me. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names, but I'll definitely stop back in the next time I'm up from Fayetteville! It definitely kept me alive on the drive back.

For the past few years traveling across America I noticed coffee sold at most establishments taste as if someone was cleaning the coffee maker and served me the wash water with sweetened creamer. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of beans used to brew Gloria Jean's coffee. Beyond the exceptional flavor I noticed the assistant manager actually cared about the quality of coffee brewed, dispensed and sold. I was impressed at the customer service and passion found within the staff even staff who do not drink coffee. Gloria Jean's Coffee is truly a great find for me for exceptionally great tasting coffee a rarity these days.
