We tried some of their whimsical desserts. They were beautiful and tasty. Our drinks were delicious, too.

A very nice coffee shop but they will fail to make your online orders 10 out of 10 times. You’ll then wait 10 minutes in line and 20 minutes to get the order you placed 20 minutes prior to arriving. They should either amend their operating processes or eliminate online ordering.

Cheese cake had the texture of gelatin and coffee was bland. Wanted to like it but couldn’t.

We absolutely love the coffee, the tea, sandwiches, and sweets here! The atmosphere and staff are wonderful, too. Highly recommend for a visit and more!

I come here all the time but I have to remind the staff about a food order nearly every time I visit - it's become a joke with my friends I take here. I swear today was the 10th time it's happened. ?Sometimes a coffee order can take 30+ minutes (seriously) - putting the "Idle" in Idle Hour! Love the place, the coffee and food, and love coming as a neighbor but they really could use some better management and/or a commitment to service...I'll be back...but hoping it turns around one day.

We went on a busy Sunday morning for donuts. The donuts are not made by the store, but by Tepuy and they are absolutely amazing. The coffee at Idle was also very good, I got the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious and strong. Be aware the Vietnamese coffee takes a bit longer as it is brewed to order, but worth the wait.

All boxes checked with Idle Hour. We had a wonderful person help us with treat and beverage selection. The ethereal desserts are exceptional!

The quality of service and exceptional kindness we received from “Barista Gab” and the rest of the team was on another level. Idle hour is quickly becoming one of our favorite local coffee shops. The workers act like an extension of our own family. 5 stars, now and forever!!

Great coffee, lovely space but unfortunately I’ve never had a warm experience from any of the employees. I’ve gone here over a dozen times and every visit am greeted with blank stares bordering on sneers from the baristas. I always feel like I’m supposed to accompany my order with an apology. It would be an awesome stop if they could offer a cheerier welcome or at the very least not act like I’ve personally wronged them by ordering coffee.

I've been frequenting this spot for a few years now. I love the dirty chai and donuts! The only thing that makes me feel eh about it is the lack of enthusiasm from the staff. It's like they couldn't care less if you were there, and bothered by the fact that you are. Coming from someone who works in the industry it's pretty disappointing because this is otherwise a great local coffee shop. Ambiance and decor is very comfy and cute given the small space.

The setting is fun and welcoming. I liked the unique bakery options. The coffee great and the staff very friendly.

I can’t speak for the coffee, but we got some of their cheesecakes. They look very cute, but the texture of these desserts was not what I was expecting. It was like a firmer, chewer flan. We got the coffee cheesecake, and we could hardly taste any coffee flavor. The bottom portion (chocolate cake or brownie?) was good, though.

Charming shop, friendly, bit goofy counter service (not a bad thing). The Donuts were delicious in spite of the big filled one being filled with lemon instead of Bavarian cream. It was a bit of a shocker. Intense lemon flavor. The chocolate earned a few moans indicating the chocolate satisfaction meter had nudged itself forward a few notches. That should keep the riff raff surrounding me quiet for a bit.Parking: Parking lot in the back seems to meet their needs.
