I want to say, this place is beautiful and waitress and the scenery was amazing. I just which the food matched. It was overpriced and the food was not good at all. I could have went to Olive Garden and enjoyed myself. The food was salty , and not edible.

I'm truly unsure where to begin, because all I have are positive things to say about this gem. between the four of us during a four night stay at the attached hotel, we tried SO many items on the menu, and each were outstanding. flavor and happiness in each bite! the service was incredible as well. great menu recommendations, and anything we needed they were there. beautiful ambience, making for a perfect evening.

They were very nice to offer a refund for my last meal. However they said, suggested that they wanted to ALSO offer us a free return meal which I didn't ask for. But when trying to arrange a return by email, there was no response. So I canceled the new reservation. I don't think we will be back. I don't think they want our business.

The cocktail menu has creative options, the dinner menu offers a wide range of Italian options, never tried the desserts. Wine list is a bit lacking but otherwise a wonderful experience! Will come back again! So good!

Il Falo is a new breath of fresh air for the resturant selections in brier creek. We’ve been a hand full of times and last night we had Ava as our server! She was exceptional at helping us decide what we wanted! We were so hungry no pictures were taken but definitely worth a try if you’d like a more upscale dining experience in brier creek

We went for breakfast and it was a buffet style. 24 dollars per person to get what you would normally get at a complementary hotel breakfast. Hopefully their brunch, lunch or dinner menus are different.

We went to the Galentine’s Tea Special event they did and it was awesome! The food was so good and perfect. They didn’t serve tea but the tea food was on point and they had themed mocktails and cocktails. My 3 year old also loved it. I really really hope they start doing this permanently or other holidays. It was so good I went back the next day to do it again with my book club. Did not disappoint. The waiters and waitresses both day were so friendly and just wonderful. Please do it again soon!

We really wanted to like this place so we can have another date night option in North Raleigh, but after two dinner experiences the best I can say is that it was good. Nothing great or amazing about our meals. On our most recent visit the waiter was wearing a staggering amount of cologne. It's also not the best setting for date night because of the noise level. You probably won't be disappointed with your dinner here, but you probably won't be delighted either.

The food was very good. The ambience was nice. It was a little loud. Our service was terrible. When we did not order drinks or later, just totally ignored us. He never came back to our table. We had to ask another waiter for our check and pay out that way.

Not the experience that we had hoped for. The first time that the waitress came to our table she said that she was unable to bring us any bread because they were out of bread. We ordered an appetizer of calamari. We asked about the dipping sauce. Waitress said it does not come with a dipping sauce, but for an additional $3.00 she would bring us some sauce. After a back and forth about how an Italian restaurant can serve calamari without a sauce, she finally agreed to bring us some sauce at no charge. After a long wait for our food, it was actually quite good. Then we ordered desert and capachino. Desert came quickly and was very good, but the capachino never showed up. After waiting for about 15 minutes, after we asked, we were finally told that the frother on the capachino machine was broken and they were trying to fix it. The food, when served was very good, and the waitress was trying her best to be very accommodating in spite of watching us become increasingly frustrated.

Went here for Valentine’s Day dinner. I made the standard reservation online through their website (not the four-course dinner). When we got there they informed us they’re only doing the four-course dinner ($65 per person). This was after waiting at our table for probably 30 minutes with no wine menu or water. We noticed other tables getting up and leaving when they were told it was the four-course dinner only. The wait staff and hosts were not informed that there was a standard dinner option, and realized most people did not want their four courses. They eventually offered us the bar menu but only if we’d get up from our table and move to the bar area. Eventually we did, and after more SLOW service (which included warm water to drink, because they “didn’t have cold”) we received our food, which was terrible. The fries seemed air fried and the pizza was just not good. We took one bite and told the server (when they would even come by our table) and said we would be leaving. After 2 hours there, we left to go to a late night restaurant for better and cheaper food. Really disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Came in for the Valentines Day Menu experience, and it was divine. Akira was our server and did an excellent job and informed us of the wait time. Therefore, we knew what to expect as far as how fast food and drinks would hit the table. I got the Erros cocktail, my partner got love potion, and our little got the limeade mocktail. It was all very delicious. The bar team did a great job crafting these drinks. The food was the best part. The lobster rotolo was my favorite dish. The duck was presented in a way I have never had, and it was also delicious. The Pecan Paraline crisp that came with the red velvet cake was everything it reminded me of home and family. This is my second Il Falo experience, and I can't wait for next. Thank you so much to the Il Falo team for making my Valentines Day dinner one to remember.

Valentine's Day. Understaffed. Food was cold. Service was slow. Took 15-20 minutes to get drinks. Bar was next to us. Very loud. Not cozy and intimate like pictures suggest. Sent feedback to Marriott Corporation (hotel restaurant). No response in a week.

The calamari was undercooked. The seafood in the seafood pasta was undercooked. They claimed it was par cooked but the shells weren't even opened. The bread was powdery. The service, however, was amazing. Erin made our evening so special even though the food sucked.
