I ordered take out from ISO ISO today which is why I’m leaving 4 stars for atmosphere because I didn’t really experience the true atmosphere, but the place is nice looking and appears to be clean. After months and months of seeing Instagram videos of food critics raving about this place, I’m really disappointed & questioning their competence as good critics. The noodles were thin spaghetti noodles - nothing resembling ramen. It was extra money to add any of the vegetables you’d regularly find in ramen. Came with 1 fish cake, a teaspoon-ish of corn, 1 bok choy leaf, and half an egg. Super disappointing. The broth was okay. Wasn’t mad at it but didn’t love it. It was supposed to be spicy but wasn’t really. I also felt like the portion was really small for the price. It’s about half (maybe a bit more) of what I would normally get in a ramen bowl, but the price was the same if not more. Honestly, I wouldn’t tell other people to never go here. It could be someone’s cup of tea, but it wasn’t mine. I won’t eat here again.

I thought the pork used in my dish didn't look fresh to me and I didn't like the variety or quantity of vegetables in the ramen dish. The noodles in my ramen were the straight not the swirly kind and I prefer the swirly noodles because the straight noodles make me feel like I am eating angel hair pasta. I thought the ramen broth tasted good. I had the chicken appetizer and I was displeased with the sauce options being offered that came on the side for me to dip my chicken in. Service was excellent and location is comfortable. I likely will not return because of the vegetables, meat, and sauces. But based on the broth, excellent friendly service and the location this place does have potential to me.Vegetarian options: Definitely non meat options available

Very cute place, I ordered their Iso Iso Ramen because it was the only spicy option they had. It was yummy, but the spice wasn’t very flavorful, it was just a plain/bland spicy. Employees were very kind & welcoming and our server was doing amazing.

Tonight was my first experience in this restaurant. We arrived a little prior to close (I know I’m so sorry). Our server spoiler alert was so incredible beginning to end. My table actually found it comical at the way our server apologized when I dropped one of my chopsticks and asked for a new set it was so wholesome. The server also constantly bowed at several points during our night especially as we left and I am not certain whether this is restaurant training or his just own character but the respect and appreciation was abundant and clear. Now the food. I had the chicken bowl. I consider myself baby spicy. I enjoy some spice but I can’t handle very much. The chicken was my perfect ideal spicy it’s like they made it for me. This won’t be helpful for anyone that does not have my spice preference and I’m sure they can provide spicier options for those interested but I found the serendipity of my perfect spice level being accidentally perfectly found at this restaurant to be special. They don’t know my spice level they did not attune it perfectly for me so this doesn’t exactly speak to their quality and skill I was just personally astonished and affected by being so satisfied by my meal. Special moment of spice aside my meal was delicious and it seemed everyone else at the table with their meals agreed. We were the last to leave the restaurant but never rushed. Nearly forgot we all also ordered a variety of teas which were delicious. A full bar. Delicious teas. Incredible food that somehow exactly knows what I want. Respect and amazing customer service. I can not recommend this restaurant enough and I cannot wait to go back.

My boyfriend and I come here frequently for date night, and we always have a stellar time. They have some of the best ramen in Raleigh, but their service is what makes them stand out most. We are always greeted with smiles and conversation. Our server this most recent visit was Asan (the one who wears the hat). He was so friendly, engaged in conversation with us, and was super helpful with the menu. Even though we left right before closing, we received top notch, energetic service.

My husband and I spent our first Valentines married here for dinner and they did not disappoint. To start with our waiter San was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgeable on the menu, personable, energetic and helpful. This was my husbands second ramen experience after a bad experience at another restaurant a few months ago and my first. San helped us find something he felt we’d each like on the menu and the food did not disappoint. The restaurant had a very positive, upbeat energy to it while still feeling causal and classy. We will definitely be coming back!!
