I've seen some horror stories about this place but to be honest I think these guys stepped their game up since then. I got this on DoorDash and saw the reviews, and I nearly panicked.When the food arrived I immediately tore one of the wings apart to check if it was raw. Saw nothing but white meat. Ok, good.Fries were typical Chili's fries. Good, but not surprising considering this is a Chilli's ghost kitchen. Nothing to write home about.As for the wings, same thing. They were good, but not gourmet. I love the Nashville Hot though, but then again, it's hard to screw up chicken.Would I order this on a consistent basis? No. There are other places that charge more but have better quality. But these are edible, and $11 for 12 wings and fries is not bad. I must note again they really must have stepped up their game. I like seeing that.Edit: Forgot to mention. I wish they would have included some napkins. If you're ordering this, please have some paper towels or napkins on hand. Same with some forks.

Do not, i tell you do not order from this place unless u wanna die, I ordered a 8 pc wing from doordash nd all of my wings were raw and this is not safe AT ALL.

Disgusting and misleading on doordash with good reviews. The wings are 90% fat and 10% meat. Avoid. I wish i saw these reviews before ordering.

I ordered wings from here last night that weren’t done and extremely under cooked! I ate one just talking to company not looking. When I put the bone down I noticed it was pink so I pulled another apart sure enough they were raw. Weren’t fried at all basically boiled in grease. Worst part door dash only gave me $5 back this cost $28. This place sucks.

I will never freaking order from this place EVER AGAIN!!! my lemon pepper wings weren’t even lemon peppered! The wings were chewy and not cooked right. Fries were horrible. Drink taste like they haven’t changed the faucet suspensions.. straight disgusting!!!! Like this place need to be shut down! I was so excited to eat too… SMH!As soon as I bit the first bite I said welp let me get my refund!!! Please stop disrespecting wings out here in these streets! I can only imagine what their grade is in this location. There’s no way they’re passing inspections.

I use to order from here a little, it was ok for the price but not anymore. I have been trying to get promised gift certificate since June. I did have them delivered through door dash, however, they left my wings out of the bag ( not door dash fault). I never got my refund so I was promised am email with a coupon I could use. Never received it in junk mail, inbox or anything and can’t get in touch with anyone. Will not be ordering here again and Will definitely not recommend them.

I ordered normal 8 piece wings , and it was like they were slapped with hot sauce and then dumped on a plate and handed it to me. When I asked management for new wings , they laughed at me and told me maybe I needed to lose some weight. I cried as they pelted me with my non cooked wings as I ran to the door to leave.

Terrible experience. Can't take orders over the phone. Customers told to park at curbside and someone will be with you. Waited over 20 mins so far without acknowledgment. Should have looked at ratings before wasting my time.

I should have read the reviews! I didn't know you could really mess up wings until now! I ordered 2 8 piece bone-in flavors. I'll try to summarize with a few points:- The wing quality was very poor. Really fatty, chewy, and nearly every bone shattered and splintered when I tried to take a bite. Trying to pull these goopey chew toys off the drum resulted in my hands holding the broken ends of the bone and a jagged blob of gelatin in my mouth.- It took an hour and a half to get to me! My delivery driver sat at the store for 25 minutes waiting for them to cook these things.- I didn't order ranch or fries but they sent them to me anyway- The curly fries are very chewy. Seem quite undercooked.- The price is outrageous. With delivery I ended up paying $2/wing. Not long ago I could get wings in a restaurant for 25cents apiece.- My Garlic Parmesan wings came cold.- Mango Habanero sauce is super mild. Very disappointing.I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of all the free fries. I feel bad for all the people that pay the extra $2 for the combo! I'm never making this mistake again.
