How does this place stay in business? I tried them twice and both times, my sandwich looked like it was made by a toddler that decided to smash and squeeze it before wrapping it. The only thing edible was the

I tried tomato-basil soup here today. It was like a hell. That wasn't a soup. It was just crushed tomatoes put into the water. There were huge sized choped tomatoes in the soup, making it worse. If the uni. does not approve the proper and actual recipe of the soup, they should stop serving it in the menu but shouldn't make it worse food and besmirch the name of Jason's.This is just an honest feedback from a student willing to have some good food at the university.

Stood there 30 mins waiting for service with nobody ahead of me just to order and find out they don't accept Jason deli gift cards....? Not sure how you are a Jason's deli when you don't accept gift cards purchased for that establishment what a shameful joke

Get da meatballa, I lost 10 lbs.

Waited 1 hour 20 minutes for my chicken sandwich. Turns out they lost the order receipt. Employee lies about having order receipt when I ask what the progress is instead of just asking for what I ordered. I don't know why I even bothered eating here. Don't waste your time at this place, this isn't even the first time its taken me forever to get my order.

The food itself isn't too bad but you will wait at least 30 minutes longer than what they tell you. It takes so long to get your food that it isn't even worth it to order from them. The workers are nice and they do their best, but they are just super slow. I never order from them anymore because of how slow they are.

terrible service, i always wait like 3 days to get my sandwich. you are better to make a sandwich yourself.
The wait is ALWAYS longer than you expect. Plan an extra 15-20 minutes at least. GrubHub said it was a 12 minute wait. Ordered lunch for my break. Waited for 20 minutes past my pickup time, only to be told that they are still over 100 orders behind. I was not able to wait for another 30 minutes because they were having issues. I had to leave my order and did not get to eat for my break.

If I could give it a negative star I would. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwichs that wasn’t very good. The system there seems to be set up to prioritize GrubHub orders - so my recommendation is if you really wanna eat here on an app even if you are standing in the food court . After I brought it to their attention that I was still waiting for my sandwich - after watching everybody before me and after - they just said they were working on it. I finally got my son’s sandwich, but then had to remind them there was still another sandwich I was waiting on. I asked for a refund - they said it was coming . After continued waiting I even considered leaving and not getting a refund because I was tired of standing in a Jason’s Deli. It’s useless to complain because the level of management, given this is a University food court. None of the people working seem very concerned about the situation. This situation may be specific to that location, but I probably will think twice going to another store again.

frankly speaking, food was okay but they make us to wait for longer period of time and they hire very few staffs to save their money and make us wait longer. I can feel the pressure of their staff.
