This location never, never gets an online order correct. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my house. It seems they cannot read the order specifics, especially the written requests at bottom. Today they decided to give me steak instead of the chicken Philly I ordered and of course no pickles on the side. When I spoke to the store employee claiming to be in charge she could care less and was quite unfriendly. Stay away from this place. Take the drive up Capital Blvd to the location near Kohls. They are always on the money.

My husband and I stopped by this location the evening of 4/25/24 on our way home. The boys (I can’t call them young men because they were rude) could have cared less that we were there. We were the only customers in the place. Neither spoke loud enough to be heard, as a matter of fact they mumbled. They also didn’t listen. I asked for my sub to be heated 4 times!!! The one boy said he would do it, the other one wrapped it up. The boy that said he would heat my sandwich didn’t say a word and they ignored that I again said I wanted my sub heated. This is our first and last time visiting this location.

Never had such a poor experience at Jersey Mikes.Walked in as the only physical customer there. Ignored for 5 minutes by the staff. Not even a single acknowledgement. Usually people say "we will be right with you" or something to that effect.They stared at me while they were fixing the tuna salad. Then they got 3 mobile orders in and proceeded to make those.Finally, they asked for my order.Ordered an italian. I didnt realize whatever meats they were cutting were not right. Just got a sandwich with ham and pepperoni.Worse service than McDonalds.
I know this is a chain .. but it never disappoints me .my favorite sub place

I would like to give it a zero star. I ordered a Famous Philly sub, no onions or peppers. Beef and cheese only. As you can see in the picture there are peppers, onions and even chicken. This is scary because that means there is cross contamination happening. I have some severe allergies and I will not return to this location since they don't seem to care about the customers. I was also treated rudely when I called and by a female manager that wouldn't give me her name because she hung up while I was still talking to her. She said I would have to drive the 20+ minutes to bring it back. I have already eaten half and several peppers and onions already. She said this is the policy but I know from other locations that isn't true. I just want to warn people of this and hopefully things will change.

I have bought many times from this location and the sandwich is usually fine. The last one I bought the bread was a little stale and the meat would not stay in the sandwich as the bread was breaking apart. Not sure when they get the fresh bread but this one seemed a day or so old. After reading other reviews maybe I should try other locations.
