NOT A CUSTOMER UNTIL 5:44 PMOn February 7th 2023. I placed an order on the Jersey Mike's app. I arrived early.So I stood in line for my order. Told the order taker I ordered online. The sad no smile somber woman showed me my ticket and said they are working on it.I said alright. So I got out of line waiting for my name to be called. 6 other people came in after me and ordered. They made their sandwiches.I stood back in line and when I got to the order taker.She said,"I told you we are working on it.I stated,"You served 6 people that walked in off the street. I paid before these people, these people haven't even paid, you had my order to make my sandwich". She said,"The ticket says the sandwich does not need to be ready until 5:44 PM. "Although I am standing right in front of her.What more could she take from me?My Time. ( More valuable than money)They have my Money, My Tip, My Presence.I do not BECOME A CUSTOMER UNTIL 5:44 PM because I used the Jersey Mike's app.The people that came after me had no investment in their sandwich, yet they made it. All 6 could have walked out and decided they did not want the sandwich because there was no investment.I made the order, made the Investment -Payment -Plus Tip before I came into the store ahead of these people.They are paid by the care and service they provide making sandwiches for their customers who pay them.I had to ask for my Refund!I told her," Refund my purchase."She said, "You don't want your sandwich."I said, "NO, Refund my purchase."I certainly would not trust them to make my sandwich, she was certainly not happy working there.No customer service skills at all.The only reason to tip these people is to make sure they do not do something( sadistic to the food) before you put it in your mouth.By my payment I hired them, and for the product and to make my food with care.Tip should be for great service above and beyond ( Not found here) Jersey Mike's wants you to tip on the app before you arrive,Jersey Mike's is represented by the employees you hire and train to serve your customers.Teach them to know what customers are!Also how to properly serve them!This is not the Jersey Mike's I would recommend to go to.I did receive my refund and left.

Every time I come they forget something on my order. First time no bacon or mayo on the #9 which is included shouldn't have to look over to make sure they put it on. Then on my #43 no chipotle mayo so just triple check they make the correct sandwich

If you are looking for the freshest cold cut meats or a hot steak n cheese sandwich. You need to pin ? this site. For starters, the Associates had clean clothing, and I observed them changing their gloves and keeping the counter clean and free of food debris. ? That was a major plus you know. Nothing worse than going into a place and the odor hit you walking in, or the Associates with dirty clothes. Big turn off no matter what their rating might be. I can surely recommend this site and encourage you to go by when you're in their neck of town. Lastly, you need to take this to heart, share the love ❤️ with whoever you are near. Give them a hug and tell just how much you appreciate them. Look, life is short, and I want you to know I appreciate you following me. ? Thank you so very much. Excellent service. I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s restaurants in Raleigh, so I’m able to compare the quality of service. This Jersey Mike’s beats all of them hands down. The staff, TT and the cashier, were amazing, fast, attentive and courteous. It was worth the drive. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered my food over an hr ago. I have been sitting in the store waiting for a hott sub to be made. While watching people walk in and get served. I asked the girl what was taking so long and she rudely responded it’s being made. Horrible customer service!
Don’t order online unless you want to wait a hour for the food you already paid for lol….just walk in and order you’ll get served quicker trust me…online orders are 2nd priority

They need better management. Why am I having to wait so long to pay for my food while every sandwich ordered behind me is being completed. Obviously more staff are needed that can work the register if the aforementioned cannot work with current staff.
