I was just at this location. The cook served me my food at the back of the line as he served 3 customers behind me at the front of the line as the manager watched and gave me no reason why! I also asked for my food to be in a regular bag but they gave me two sandwiches as is and they all keep working as I wasn’t there! Total disrespect

Easily the best Jersey Mike’s shop in the Raleigh area. They’re well-staffed with professional and skilled team members, and each time I’ve ordered there, they’re very generous with their meat and topping portions. I don’t mind paying a bit more for an an excellent sandwich, but it feels great unwrapping a sandwich that feels worth it’s price. Will always go out of my way and drive the extra miles to pick this store!

I'm a Jersey Mike's rewards member so eat at Jersey Mike's very regularly. I placed my order and the cashier didn't include the requested drink and chips with my sandwich. When I asked where my cup was, I was told that I didn't order a drink and chips. I requested them again and paid again. Then I went to get my fountain drink and the machine didn't work. Went back to the register again and was told the machine was down and they only had water and tea after I had already purchased it. Poor communication all the way around and they didn't seem to care. I won't be returning to this location.

i had the ate at the jersey mikes at wakefield blah nothing like Falls River one the sandwiches at Falls are much fatter and the meats are in the showcase not at wakefeild i always ask to wipe the slicer free of pork

I did an online order and was shock to see this. The sub area where they fix it had enough bread crumbs to gather another sub if they wanted to. Then someone put a receipt paper on top of a sub without it being wrapped. I will never come back here.
Need better service staff. Poor customer service and most are on their cellphones. Need corporate customer service re-training.

I stop by Jersey Mike's pretty often because it's convenient and close to where I live. Usually service is pretty quick, definitely more focused on efficiency than anything else. It seems like they've just gotten some new staff which really saved the ranking of this review. Newer staff acknowledge and greet customers and are composed, even when they're swamped. The food is pretty standard of what you'd expect from a sandwich shop and even though I've never sat down to eat, there's always plenty of seating inside and it's usually clean and comfortable.

While the end product sandwich was fine, the process to get a sandwich left me wondering if I should be eating there at all. I've never seen a Jerseys Mike's that was so unclean. The slicer looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day (this was 1:45 pm), it was absolutely disgusting. And they would leave it on even when nothing was being sliced which slung bits of meat and cheese everywhere. The lack of proper cleaning protocols carried across to the rest of the process as they had at least a dozen subs / wraps stacked on top of the counter, many overlapping and all with their receipt on top. They clearly take way more online orders than they can handle, so while there was only two people in front of me in line in person, there were 15+ sandwiches in front of mine. The floors were dirty, the drink area obviously hadn't been wiped down in hours, the trashcan was overflowing. It seems to not be the employees' issue. It's that there are too many orders, not enough employees and poor management. I usually like Jersey Mike's but I will never return to this location unless the management changes or steps up. It makes the entire chain look bad.
