Did an online order. Got there for pick up and had to wait 20 minutes for 3 subs to be made (2 minis and a reg). There were only 2 workers, who seemed to have no desire to be there. There was no line, just one family of 3 ordering their subs. Got home and one of my subs wasn’t even the one we ordered!! Very

Placed a Togo order, get my sandwich home and the effort in this sandwich is really sad. First loosely wrapped so my sandwich was falling apart before I had opened it. Next my giant sub is cut in half only and a mediocre cut at best, how do you cut the top of the sandwich but not the bottom? This is a subway $5 foot long at best not the $20 I spent on this sandwich. First and last time here. Next time I'll go to Penn Station where they aren't lazy and inconsistent.

This happened to me twice, two times in a row. I ordered a #16 using the app and when I walked in it was not there. I then had to wait for it to be made. What a waste of my time. Fix this issue please.

I order the Big Kahuna regularly and the meat and toppings at this location are way lighter than other stores. Online orders take forever. Even at your pick up time, they have not even started on your order. This is not a one time issue. We will go out of our way to visit another location for better

I stopped for lunch on a hot summer day. The food, a grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub was both hot and tasty, but by far the best thing about this place was the air conditioning (which happened to be blasting that day). i also ordered soda to drink. The service was OK. Overall, a fairly good fast food place.

Paid $23+ for roast beef sandwich, there's maybe 4 oz of meat on it. This is not the first time it happened. I will start getting my sandwich from a different location.
Yet again another visit 20-30 minutes BEFORE closing time that the restaurant was CLOSED! Today was the last straw. We called and were told the hours were changed to closing at 8:30pm. If this is true, change it on Google.

This place can’t get orders right. Ordered online and asked for basic toppings and didn’t get any of them. Veggie subs without the toppings are just bread, cheese and lettuce. Super disappointing. Don’t recommend at all, unless you like getting the opposite of what you order. Look at a piece of tomato in pic, both sandwiches’ tomatoes looked like this. Should go without saying to a place that uses tomatoes in the food, either buy decent tomatoes or don’t offer them at all.
