The almond latte is unbelievable. 10/10 coffee. The food is so good too, especially the sweet biscuits. Highly

This place gets way too busy. It’s so loud and overcrowded. The coffee is reasonably priced, but it wasn’t very good. I waited 15 minutes to get my coffee (iced caramel latte)and then didn’t even like it.

Best coffee I’ve had in Raleigh, not watered-down like a lot of places. Nice atmosphere too.

I like Jubala but their tap water at all locations tastes disgusting, not sure what the deal is.

My two hijabi friends and I walked in and received rude and disgusting service from the two women baristas there (short brown hair and long red hair), alongside coffee that was made wrong. I find this entire experience was specific to us, as other non Muslims walked in and got greeted and treated better than we did, so it was definitely a case of discrimination. We will never come here again

The coffee drinks are good and they have a rotating selection of beans from Black & White coffee. The drop biscuits are so delicious and you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose to go with it (jam, honey, or as a breakfast sandwich) [same as my review for the Jubala in Lafayette Village]The interior here is better than Lafayette Village, a little spacier and I think more tables. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table (it was Sunday at around 10 am, so a busy time) but were able to get a seat before our food and drinks came. When the weather is nice there's lots of outdoor space.

Some of the best espresso I've had in Raleigh, not to mention great presentation of their food and drinks, doesn't feel like I'm in America! However expect some hefty prices.

Jubala was definitely a life changing experience…their biscuits are like nothing we have ever had & from here on all biscuits will have these to live up to!! Our biscuit “bar” has officially been set!!Their coffee is no joke either! Roasted on site…mild & fruity…& a perfectly balanced latte! We can’t recommend this place enough! It’s a definite must visit!!!

This place is always busy and for good reason. The coffee is great and the service can match.

I've spent time at this coffee shop twice now and have had pleasant experiences. The chai tea is delightfully spicy with an excellent amount of foam. The frisee aux lardons salad is also excellent! They also have sandwiches, waffles, and other breakfast and lunch goods. My orders have come out quickly, delivered to my table. Bonus: they use real cups and plates unless you have a to go order. The space is modern, comfortable, and rather compact. The shop does get busy. Sometimes there's a line to order and wait to snag the next table. The coffee shop also roasts its own beans, adding a lovely aroma to the air. There is machine noise, which I think adds to the ambiance. Because of these last reasons, If you are looking for a quiet place, I'd suggest going elsewhere. There is limited parking right outside and a lot of space in the deck in the same building. I highly recommend this chill coffee shop!

I come here almost daily and I introduced a large number of people to it. Today, Dec 27, 2023, I came with a friend and entered the shop at 5:01pm and there were two other people in line and two guys serving at the bar. One of the guys whispered to the other guy something, and immediately after that this other guy said “we close at 5” to us while serving the other people. First off, your google account says that you close at 7:00pm. Secondly, I am a daily customer and that was the definition of terrible customer service. Thirdly, to the first guy, if you didn’t have to courage to let us know that you close at 5, it probably felt wrong to kick customers out so maybe you should’ve not put the pressure on someone else and instead served us. Finally, if you really care about closing at 5, please make sure your door is shut at exactly 5 next time. Thanks.
