My fiancé looked me dead in the eyes after our pizza and said "I'm gonna say it. Best pizza I've ever had." And I agree.

Ordered one cheese slice, I ending up throwing it away. Something tasted wrong. The sauce was absolutely awful and it was too thick. Mozzarella was shredded and not cooked. I took one bite and through the rest away. One of the workers came over and I said something tastes off and she literally took my pizza out of the garbage. I walked out.

I heard good things about this place, but unfortunately we received a burnt Stromboli and breadsticks. We had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before we could pick up our order. Maybe just a bad day forthe shop but we were very disappointed.

Lillys is my absolute favorite pizza place, their cheese by the slice or their specialty dante's inferno (BBQ chicken pizza) are my go to!

I live in New York and love New York pizza. A friend suggested Lilly's and he was right, the pizza is excellent. Like the vibe of the place too. Especially the paintings on the mens and women's restrooms.

I’ve loved Lilly’s for years because of the chewy crust. Now my favorite thing is the tofu salad. It’s awesome!

It pains me to write this review. Truly. The Lilly's we once knew as a community is gone and its replacement is a vapid and disappointing experience both culinary and atmospheric.I've frequented Lilly's Pizza over the past many years at its Raleigh location, and where I would have given it an A-tier listing as a Pizza joint for Raleigh pre-Covid, I must now give it a D, or 2 stars.Reasons below:-You could have done better with something out of the freezer section of your grocer than the cheese bread (both saving you money and emotions and probably calories)-They got the rest of my pick-up order incorrect by both adding ingredients I didn't ask for and omitting some I requested. The result is that I threw it away because some of the stuff was against my dietary restrictions-While I can't exactly fault the establishment on its decor choices, I must note that the stark difference between what it used to be and what it is today is like two ends of the spectrum. It appeared as if they were either in transition for renovations or had poor supply management with empty shelves and empty walls. Either way, it felt like maybe I should have walked in on another night. The atmosphere of old was a stimulus overload of tchotchkes that left one wondering if you were experiencing a dream or a nightmare with hanging stoplights and plastic babies, but you could dig it either way, and every time you visited you witnessed something new and bizarre+On a positive note, the attendants were polite, and I didn't have to wait long for the orderYes, I'm nostalgic for the Lilly's of old. I miss that I had to wash my clothes of the oven smoke after visiting the establishment. We wore it proudly and with a smile because we once loved Lilly's for its "damn good pizza." In summary, the Lilly's of today is a shadow of its former glory that will leave you with clean smelling clothes and a disappointing handful of food you didn't ask for.

The roasted pear salad is my go-to for every Lilley’s visit. Paired with hot garlic knots, you’ll have more than enough for dinner. Request the ginger soy salad dressing. Fun location in 5 Points. Outside dining if a warm night. Inside seating is sometimes loud and chilly. The staff are friendly and helpful. I hear the pizza is good, too!

Great pizza, long wait. Their pizza is but the service and the wait takes down the review. We had the Dante's Inferno it was amazing. Price was very reasonable for the size of the pizza- large was very big. Waited about 30 minutes after our pick up time and many others had been there for an hour waiting past their pick up time.

Lilys is my go-to for pizza, I have been here multiple times since I moved to the area. Their pizza and wings are always good and flavorful. I know when I order from, I will leave full and have a happy belly!

Decided to give this pizza spot a go since Iv heard great things. Being from Buffalo I am a bit picky about my pizza and probably like my pizza slightly different than others- more on the thicker side. When we walked in it smelled delicious but it was a bit on the Smokey side inside, but it really didn't bother me. The service was great, we ordered your typical cheese and pepperoni pizza - though they offer a wide variety of specialty pizzas that I plan on trying soon! We also ordered the cheesey bread. The cheesey bread was decent, I am not sure if I'd order it again though. The pizza was very good, not too thin and had a good amount of cheese on it. I can't wait to come back to try a specialty one!

Not the institution it once was. Feels dirty, the service is apathetic. Pizza is still good with a bit of a sweeter crust but there are too many other spots.

We ended up enjoying a late lunch on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30. The restaurant was mostly empty at that time of day, so we enjoyed exceptional service from the staff. My wife and I ordered a 50/50 piece so we could both have what we wanted. Pizza came out piping hot, smelled amazing and we couldn’t wait to experiment it v with a couple draft beers. One of the most interesting thing about Lilly’s is the interior which v is filled with antique road signs and refrigerators. Parking can be tricky so be patient when looking for a spot, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
