I recently talked to Kelly Hunter (H.R. Admin) about being double charged at their Carolina Ale House White Oak location. She was rude and dismissive. She also reassured me that this happens all the time. Did not seem concerned that their vendor (BB&T Merchant Services) steals their customers money. It’s ridiculous to punish consumers for patronizing your restaurant(s)

LM Hospitality has a marketing director that has no respect for local residents, so I will not spend my money at Henry's or Bluewater until she is replaced. Some of my friends were shocked by her behavior and language, and will now frequent other restaurants.

We had burgers with slaw. The basic hamburger. Though not at more than 65% capacity, the service was very slow. Burger was pretty good meat and cooked to order. Kind of sloppy to handle with the lettuce, tomato and onion not cut to fit well. Slaw was OK. Overall meal was not worth $11.99 each. I had been to their Greenville, NC location once or twice before but never found a reason to go back there. This meal confirmed it is an OK but nothing special chain.
