First and last time here, for the price I was expecting a really good pizza, I made an order of 5 large pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza was burnt but the rest wasn’t, however the dough más very dry and hard to chew, I think it’s all name and presentation I would say the pizza boxes are nice but that’s it! I really wanted to love it but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I do not recommend this place.

The most lovely bald man welcomed us into the Falls the Neuse Marco’s. He had a bright energy and was externally kind. We ordered and he offered us a special and also offered to bring the pizza to our car (along with a lovely description of the new dipping sauces). All in all incredible service.

Horrible service will never order from here again and will be letting the community know if the poor customer service called asked for a manager few days ago because ordered pizza the other night and it had a bandaid in it asked for a manager and the person asked me to hold and someone name Jacob came to the phone was completely rude said did you eat the bandaid and I said know I noticed it under the cheese once I bit into it and was grossed out from the blood on the bandage he he then replies well you didn’t swallow it so you’re good what you want your money back ? And I said that would be nice but I live in Holly Springs my order was a carry out while I was in the area he basically said hold on and I’m not sure if he thought he put the phone on hold or not but I could hear him saying this dumb a** said a bandaid was in their fu**ing pizza dude and there was laughing going on !!! But I don’t find anything funny this is not a funny matter when a bloody bandaid is involved someone can get seriously sick and I will be calling the health department and contacting the local news and making social media aware of all of this!!!! To allow such behavior is unacceptable there is to many diseases out here to think blood is something funny and to call me dumb because I was calling about a serious matter I will be contacting my local news outlets with the pictures and videos of the pizza I have as well as the last clipping of the the actual conversation I was able to record

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible business practice. I ordered online on 2/13 for a pickup on 2/14 because I knew VDay would be busy. They canceled my order without telling me!! They labeled it as non-pickup (they had it as 2/13 despite me ordering ahead for 2/14) and won’t refund me today when I’m trying to get the order that I legit placed and they don’t have ready!

Absolutely terrible service. I called to have a pizza delivered for my son that was supposed to take 30 minutes. I ended up calling the store at least 4 times and was lied to by multiple employees over the course of 2 hours. Spoke to the manager during that time and Nicky was completely uninterested in dealing with me. I finally canceled the order and we had to find something else for dinner. Now I see that I was still charged for the order, despite the manager yelling at me that it was canceled, so I have to call back and deal with this further. Complete incompetence and this location is very poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

Ordered a honey magnifico, they gave me barely any normal pepperoni and ZERO old world pepperonis.Thought it was a fluke, tried again when i got a cheesy bread coupon. Same toppings issue AND the cheesy bread wasn’t fully cooked. Seriously??
Best all meat pizza. Sauce is especially good. Excellent service.

I went to Marco’s Tonight to pick up a pepperoni pizza that my son has been requesting. There were three gentlemen working tonight and they were all so polite and courteous! Nevertheless my pizza was 10\10. I will definitely be back!

Marcos pizza gives out the best pizza and costumer service I have ever seen. Every time I come they have my pizza ready and I have fun conversations with the employees. I love their cheese pizza and cheese bread. Picking up that pizza makes my day better and I hope I return the favor. Shout out to the bald guy, (don't know your name) you're a real one!

I would definitely not recommend this place by no means not one time not two times but multiple times they have got this order wrong we called and told him that my girlfriend was allergic to onions yes they got nasty yet when they delivered the second order it was not looking good at all it looks worse than the first one and then on top of that after we paid online for the order when they bring it they tried to charge us $5 more was not going to so if I was you and if I was hungry for pizza I would definitely go somewhere else
