We ordered our pizza's for delivery and over an hour later we still hadn't received our food. So my husband called to check on the ETA. The girl on the phone was like, "I'm not seeing your order, oh wait, looks like we tried to push your order through but didn't go through." My husband was like, "Ok (long pause), a courtesy call would have been nice." She just kept saying she can try again or simply refund the money, but at this point they were backed up with orders. I understand an establishment gets busy, but I have worked in customer service for 20+ years. If they new our order didn't go through, just call us. We would have been able to make other dinner arrangements rather than be hangrier than we already were. The nonchalant attitude of the girl on the phone was simply unacceptable. I've never eaten at Marco's pizza before, and I was looking forward to trying it. My husband had raved about how good it is. Now, I have no desire to try it. What a way to impress me Marco's. I'm utterly disappointed ?.

Good food but slow service. I think this is due to under staffed. This place have good pizza but you have to place your order at least an hour in advance. On this day ordered pick up and I went inside. There were only two employees running the show. I didn’t see anyone using gloves for cleanliness. They seemed overwhelmed and overworked for a week night. However the food was still good so I would go back.
