This is my first time here, and it was pretty short staffed. The environment and place is clean by the way. The guy at the counter is chill like some other places. It's smart and awesome that this Marco's at glenwood ave has a dine in for people to eat pizza. I might bring friends to eat pizza with at this Marco's. The pepperoni pizza that I bought from this place tasted pretty great. I'll be buying my favorite pizza predominantly at Marcos and sometimes other pizza places in my opinion. Don't worry I'll be back, but I gotta watch my diet first, he he. :)

Customer service was fine but the girl was taking orders, picking up the phone, and doing everything in between with no gloves on at all. Then she would go right back to handling raw dough and making the food. I had to just look away because I was getting grossed out. I didn't say anthing-- should've but didn't. You know how that goes, being too nice. But please staff, practice hygienic food prep! It's not being picky, it's just basic customer service and good hygeine. Don't think I'll be back.

Horrible service!!! Told the lady I was there to pick up order. My order said it would be ready at 5:59 she said it should be out soon, I asked 20 minutes later and she said we are running behind.. never looked for my order. And finally at 6:38 I asked another worker to check and he turned around and my pizza had been sitting in the shelf since my arrival. All I got was a quick non sincere apology and dismissed!!

Excellent pizza, terrible website and app. There have been many times we wanted Marco's, but we had to go elsewhere, because we couldn't order from the app or the web. The pizza at Marco's reminds me of what pizza hut tasted like in the 90s when they were still good.

My only start is for someone name is Regii I place my order for pickup an he never placed, when I arrived for pickup up he never apologized for the inconvenience and he place a wrong order the others staff did for him, this is the kind of employee that destroys a good business, I need to said thanks

I just ordered a steak and cheese sub and I have to say it was the worst steak and cheese sub I have ever eaten. There was more mushrooms than steak on the sub and the steak tasted more like a brisket than steak and for whatever reason my bread was wet not greasy but wet .I usually order a medium 1 topping pepperoni but decided to try something different I guess that's what I get .

I don’t know what happened over the past couple months but this store has decreased drastically. Tonight was the 3rd time in a row that something has been wrong with my order. It’s a shame because they used to be on point.

How can you or I make sure my pizza is well done and cut in square?? I hit the button, it prints pretty large yet , usually triangles and I have to ask for it to be cooked longer. Sometimes they will sometimes they say no because it's already cut. And I order online to avoid waiting in store but they offer to remake which defeats how I ordered.
Great food for reasonable prices! And the staff is absolutely awesome! Would highly recommend.
