Went in to place a to go order.....no one in the back preparing the food had on gloves nor wearing a hairnet...this is the third time in 6 months I have walked in and witnessed the samething....speaking wirh the manager each time.....still the same uncleanliness exists....never going

Bad experience. Staff were eating and drinking in food prep area. Waited 15 min for 2 choose 2's while staff member was on phone instead of preparing food. Dining room had 7 dirty tables most of the time we were there. Also, it appeared they kept the salad container open the entire time we were there.

Food was decent. Hope the kitchen was cleaner than the dining area. Thought my shoes were going to be permanently stuck to the floor before we got our order. Counter looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a couple days.

This place is literally the embodiment of how lazy employees shouldn't be customer facing. The kitchen staff continues to produce quality food, but the people handing it out and greeting you at the cash register have zero investment in customer satisfaction. They almost go out of their way to be slow, inefficient, and in many cases, purposefully rude.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at the Capital Blvd., Raleigh location a couple weeks ago, and service was weird. The cashiers seemed to lack training because when I questioned how the sides work, they kept looking to others for assistance. Finally, , the manager or lead (not sure, as she never introduced herself) came out and very hastily tried to explain how the pricing of sides work. Each time I tried to get clarity she would talk over me or change her answer. My sandwich was really good the but chastising by her left a bad taste in my mouth. Service is just not what it used to be. I also get that only young people want to work in fast food places, but if you going to hire them, train them on how to engage and assist customers. Managers also. Just do better. Customers are the only reason your business is still open!
Where do I start, I was looking forward to eating here since I had just ate a couple of days at another location. But wow it was such a different experience . As soon as you walk in the staff was rude, she kept scratching her head, you could tell she was only there to make her hours. My food was ok but my son's food was burnt. He didn't even ate it. I honestly will never go back . They definitely need to hire better staff.

I order Uber Eats from this location a couple times a month and I am disappointed most times I do. Unfortunately 80-90% of the time I order something at least one item is missing or incorrect. The food quality is always good, I just wish I got more than half my order.

Oh, the wait...40 minutes. Hard to eat when have a limited lunchtime. The food wasn't terrible. The soup was lukewarm and sandwich didn't have the spicy mayo. So edible but underwhelming. Can not imagine returning.

Sent order back by 3 times , it still wasn’t correct. Chicken was in salad, specifically ordered without chicken, ordered sandwich without bacon, needless to say bacon was on sandwich…then to top it off, sandwich was made with 3 pieces of toasted loaf bread, one slice on outside turkey and melted cheese in middle, then another slice of toasted loaf bread, next tomato and lettuce, another slice of toasted loaf bread. I’ve dined there numerous times, however, this may be the last time.
