My family went in, to grab a quick meal. Only 2 cars in drive through a 2 customers inside and no employee would acknowledge we were there. While looking at menu observed an employee eating while around customers food. That is against health regulations and just plain disgusting. That needs to be handled or close the doors.

just moved to this side of town and have been here 4 times over the course of a month and each time i’ve been they are out of what i order this time it was the strawberry cream pie however they didn’t tell me they were out until i paid and moved on to the second window the manager refunded me for i don’t know what but it definitely wasn’t for what i had paid for i called the location got no answer, called the feedback number on the receipt and it’s one of those google numbers that never lets u through im starting to see that this will NOT be a mcdonald’s that i’d frequent

What a disappointment, again. It is difficult to leave a fast food chain a bad review but every time I go for breakfast I get a half raw hashbrown. Think mushy and soaked in oil because it didn't cook through. I have called and complained to the managers, complained to corporate with no resolution. Please, just cook the hashbrowns all the way.

I hate to rate a McDonald’s because it’s fast food - like, what do you expect? It’s not fine dining or whatever.But what I don’t expect is to wait 30 minutes for food when there’s 2 cars in the parking lot. I don’t know if it’s the employees, or maybe the lack of them, but either way, my god raise your pay or something to get some people in. That way you can actually demand more of them if they continue to get such low ratings from so many people.Like at some point I was wondering how to cancel a mobile order but then you find out you can’t. Don’t come here in the evening if you want to get home at an actually reasonable time.

We're not entirely sure what's going on, but lately the food we've been ordering never reflects what's on the receipt. Just this morning we asked for 4 McMuffins with no sausage. Just egg and cheese. We recieved the order and the sandwiches ends up being one McMuffin with egg and cheese...the other three with just sausage and cheese. But the little slips of paper for each sandwich is labeled...."Egg and cheese Mcmuffin. No sausage"Why does this keep happening whenever people order what they want, but something is always off? We're expected to pay more for fast food, but can't even receive what we ask for. That's like ordering 4 egg and cheese biscuits, for a high price, but there's no egg. This has been happening far too often, and ends up in disappointment.

This place has gone under real bad! It is absolutely horrible and I regret every single time I come here! I actually used to really like this McDonalds (it’s hard finding a good one). Then something happened I guess and not it’s TRASH. They need to tear it down and put up something else.The line is always long because either no one knows what they’re doing or everyone is just taking their sweet time. This is NOT fast food by any means! You will be waiting in line for a long time, every time.Then 95% of the time they have no frappes or any other coffee drink so you can only get a regular shmegular coffee.The last 2 times when they actually did have a a mocha frappe I had to throw them away both times because they tasted like they were made with sour milk?Last night I went to the drive thru and no one was at the speaker box so I pulled up and no one was at the first window so I pulled up to the 2nd.I specifically asked for fresh fries with salt on them and I get handed fries with no salt. This lady said “we don’t have any salt”Yeah…. It’s that bad
