3 out 5 times we go there, our order is wrong. Then you either have to wait in a line to get it fixed or eat it. Which most of the time my kids refuse. It's not the cashier taking the orders but the kitchen not reading it.

Ordered a Big Mac quarter pounder and 2 medium fries. Asked for mayo and ketchup and none was in the bag. Fries were hot and not too crispy. Would go here again.

"Extremely dissatisfied! This place is consistently dirty and slow. Despite multiple visits, the customer service has been appalling - employees ignore customers, including me, and prioritize their personal lives (including having their kids present while working). I've even contacted the manager to report the rudeness, but the issues persist. I won't be returning; I'd rather drive further to a cleaner, friendlier establishment."

The menu says all combos are medium. I didn’t want more food. I asked for the menu item. However, this McDonalds has told their employees to upcharge every combo unless the customer says otherwise. So every time you go there, they aren’t just giving you a large coke or fries… you’re paying for it. It adds up. It’s dishonest. Don’t assume everyone wants a larger size and they definitely don’t want to pay for it. Fries aren’t hot making the whole scammed upcharge a waste.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Carmel frappe. I pay and when I get to the window the teenager says that they are out of Carmel and asks if I wanted anything else. I was taken aback and asked for a refund. He went to go get help and I notice the flavor bottles for the coffee machine. I don’t say anything but they did not look out. Someone asks me to move up to the third window and he shows up after a while and says that they aren’t actually out but he doesn’t know how to work the machine. He is getting someone else to make it. Why lie? Just say that you don’t know how and need to wait for help. McDonalds, you need to train your employees better.

I try to never do bad reviews but after the treatment I received tonight that went out the window! The teenager needs to be pulled my the ear by someone’s grandma. He was so rude and when he said he was confused I said I’m sorry I may have confused you. He in raised his voice and said multiple times “what did you say?!” Afterwards he was very curt and short. He also would not complete my order until I said yes please. Instead of yes.

HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!! STAFFF EXTREMELY RUDEEEE… lazy super lazy, I’m never coming back to this McDonald’s just because of the people working here ALL of them. Gotta retrain them again or get rid of them, because this is a great neighborhood and that’s not a good look for the community in my opinion.

I’m sitting at the window waiting for my food and I do come to this location a lot due to it being close to my neighborhood but also I hear workers in there saying “oh my god their here everyday bruh like I can’t eat McDonald’s everyday”. We can hear you and this isn’t the first we’ve heard someone saying this. I find it very disrespectful and rude because they don’t need to comment on how many times I come and if I keep coming back then that’s a good thing. But if I have to keep hearing “she come everyday” then I will go to another location.

Other than forgetting my straw and me having A reached there myself have someone outfront to pay attention to the customers just in case something like that happens, but the food was pretty good, and I can see myself eating there more

I normally never leave reviews even when service is bad, but this location just needs to cut its losses and close. Twice I have gone to this location during service hours, and I had to wait or ask an employee who's obviously on break if they were open because nobody was answering the drive-thru. Yet everyone else was standing inside talking and walking around. Once they started back working and I got my food, I had to have it remade because everything was given to me cold. I decided to try them again out of convenience because they are the closest location to me. Three times during my order the drive-thru worker cut me off while I was only ordering 2 meals. When I get to the window, my order was still messed up. After having to ring me up again at the window, they gave me stale cold fries and raw half cooked nuggets. I went inside to get some more fries, but I hadn't seen the nuggets yet, and about 6 employees were in the front just standing and talking again. When I told them the fries were stale and I would like some more and can wait the woman that took then made a remark under her breathe to the employee beside her who then went on to start joking about stale fries. She walks around to get more fries and says, "Drop some fries for this order" only to come back 10 secs later with fries from the same batch with more salt and said here there fresh.

The worst place to eat even when you tell them how you want your food they make it wrong. No manager is available and the workers are rude please go to Wendy or Burger King don’t waste your money
