Owner/Management is super friendly with just white people I wonder why ? I held the door for the other she didn’t even say thank you, pretty rude and every time white people come around she’s super jolly but when black people around is like she’s upset at life. Just taking things into consideration I’m a nice person overall I always tell the white manager thank you and she has never responded your welcome for 2 years now, so just weird but overall she’s only super friendly with the white people only, some people show their true colors all I’m saying ! But the Mexican workers are friendly to everyone shout out to them for always being nice no matter the race !

I am a frequent visitor but today was my worst experience. Food is always sufficient for what I want. Today I asked for a Sausage McMuffin Meal - NOT a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal minus the egg. I told the cashier that it was rung up wrong and she just looked at me. I had not time to argue as I was running behind but PLEASE add a button for Sausage McMuffin Meal or maybe it's cheaper to order each piece separately. Last time I visited my bill was $5.97 today is over $7

This place says they close at 11pm. Got there at 10:45pm Sunday night. And two more cars were at the window. No one answered at all. There was a gray Nissan Altima outside the place with a save the turtles license plate. Be kind enough to let everyone know you closed early because your lazy. Honestly it’s not hard. Everyone slowly drove by the window and we could see you hiding in the back knowing damn well you see everyone. Anyways. Please see this picture, of the employees vehicle. Place says close at 11pm not earlier. At least be considerate of others who were there waiting. A nice response would have been better than nothing.

I made a mobile order. Get there to pick it up and it takes 45 minutes to get my order. No exaggeration at all. Of course I assumed that with it taking that long they couldn’t mess up my order. So I get home and open up only to see they completely got it wrong.So I bring it back to McDonald’s to get the meal swapped out. Instead of just replacing it, they open it in front of me to check the toppings. This is followed by another 15 minute wait which felt like at this point was just them being spiteful.Service is awful. I will be driving an extra ten minutes to avoid this dumpster fire next time I want McDonald’s.

I was impress with the service tonight. I admit McDonald does add too much salt to their burgers so I asked for no salt..these 2 men saws that and they rushed fast with other order...when I went to pick it up ..they gave me a thumb up ..if you want a good burger ..order no salt because the burgers are already salted...best burger I have had from McDonald.

Everyone is rude. They did not call out my order. They didn’t give me my sauces. The fries are horrible. The store is a mess. The tea is out of date. They didn’t give me a cup and when I asked for one they were rude.

It’s very obvious that filthiness is accepted in today’s society more than cleanliness. If I was the owner I would be beyond embarrassed for customers too visit my location and in such horrible conditions!! Think it’s past time the health department pays that place a visit!!
