Had to deal with an ANGRY, AGGRESSIVE so called manager Robert, a Hispanic male.threaten me and said don’t return back to McDonald’s. He became verbally agressive after he claimed to not hear me in the drive thru, I picked up food for a delivery service. I passed the window where he was at and the. He said return and give me the order number. I told him it, and then it proceeded into a shouting match where he had to have the last word. I left went to the second window due to his aggressive behavior. I am writing this to worn others and take caution due to his unprofessional and aggressive and threating behavior. This is my second time writing this because this location deleted my previous post. I will repost again if it’s taken down!!

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. I went inside after to get fries and after several minutes I had to stop and ask out loud if someone can take my order. Was told they were too busy filling the other orders to do so…….

Every single time I come to this McDonald's even if I just order something small or like today where I ordered two quarter pounders I have to pull up and wait for at least 10 minutes to get my order. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's the middle of the day on a Tuesday. There's no reason why I should have to wait 15 minutes at a fast food place for two cheeseburgers - what the heck? I watch car after car after car pull up to the drive-thru order pay, get their food and drive away while I sit here. Waiting for what seems like a very long time for a simple order. It's incredible. I would avoid this McDonald's like the plague honestly

Why is it my fault they didn’t hear my order correctly. How the hell does a “mcchicken w med fries” sound like a Diet Coke. And to make me go all the way back around is crazyyy. Guess I’ll wait till dinner to eat. Smh
