My burrito did not have the items I ordered on it. It did not have guac, cheese, or any sauce. The burrito was dry and the onions were not grilled, they were raw. Extremely unappetizing.

It's been awhile since I've been to Moe's. The food is still good to me, but I didn't see any postings for the special for the day. I am uncertain if they no longer run it, or just assume that the customer knows of it and just asks for it.

Walked in, wasn't greeted, was told to hold on. Then asked to order a bowl to which I was told they don't do bowls. So I took a second to look at the menu again and watched as three people ordered a bowl no problem.

Stopped by this location tonight after leaving home goods. I Ordered a steak homewrecker bowl. The guy making the bowl didn’t skimp, and gave extra jalapeños when I asked. Service was relatively fast, but there wasn’t anyone else there. My girlfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla. Both of our meals were Luke warm at best. Hers was an absolute mess and she had to eat it with a fork. Mine wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I have come to expect from Moe’s. The soda machine had options for every flavor that could be added to sodas, but they were all out. So the fancy machine but just 4-5 options. Normally we drink sweet tea. But the tea in both the sweet and unsweetened tea were the same tea. Finally the chips were not cooked completely. They were soggy with grease and chewy. Overall the dining experience was sub par. Would not recommend going to this location

I went there about 3 hours ago. Ordered a cup of queso,cup of rice, cup of cilantro, and 2 sides of spicy ranch. Not only did the manager try to tell me that I already used my free $10 app money, which I showed her on my phone that it literally is counting down for me to use, she said o this happens when you open the reward and close it. That's her answer and then proceeded to basically tell me that the scanner doesn't work so she can't scan my code. So I THEN paid for it out of pocket. I opened the bag a few minutes ago and there is NO QUESO in it. The lack of customer service and the fact that I didn't even get the stuff she FORCED ME TO BUY. And the time wasted trying to convince her that the fact that your scanner doesn't work is not my fault. It is beyond me to think that i am at fault here. I'm never going back. And neither will anyone from my workplace down the street. Just disrespectful and ignorant. And the icing on the cake...YOU CANT EVEN CALL INTO THE STORE! THE NUMBER GETS YOU NOWHERE!

The absolute worst customer service EVER. For one we was not greeted at all by not one person when it was time to order that interaction was stale slap this on that on ok what else hard huffs like what else. The one who was training was the worst she acted like we was waisting her time like she had something better to do AT WORK BESIDES WORKING it wasn’t clean not one table wiped and clean we had to use a napkin to clean one that seemed to be a little easier to do than the others. It’s like customers aren’t appreciated when we are obviously needed in order for the company to thrive. It’s sad you can’t expect genuine customer service from someone who works in customer service, and that is obviously due to the lack of understanding what customer service is, the lack of understanding how it can make and break a business. It’s make’s your food nasty when the service is nasty.

We loved Moe’s when we lived in Raleigh, NC, we came back to town & ordered delivery of 2 salads, queso & chips & order was $50.00. The salads sucked & chips barely covered bottom of bag (they use to give you a full bag of chips). When a company skimps on food while raising prices, they’re an ice cube in the sun. Only a matter of time before this company is out of business. Sad, Moe’s current corporate management has completely destroyed this company.

It is always a wait whether you use the app or whatever. Like 20 or more minutes after the app says your food is ready. And then the service is poor. It has really turned me off from eating at Moe’s. It may be this particular location but I have been here several times to give them repeated chances but it always seems “the system is down” or “well you have a big order”. One time the cashier did apologize but that usually does not occur. Today the person at the register just shrugged at me like I should have known better than to order food from here. Well, now I do know better!
