We were first blown away with the ambiance. Felt like we stepped into another world. We were seated quickly. We went around 7pm on a Saturday. I'm not sure if we got lucky or not but we were able to walk right in and get seated. They do take reservations. The staff was very nice and helpful 100% of the time. My niece was with us and while they do not have a kids menu, they were prepared to concoct something that she would enjoy. Luckily, thanks to youtube, she has been wanting to try dumplings and enjoyed the Chicken & Garlic Wontons. She loved them. The food overall was delicious. They brought out an abundance of sauces and that is always a win for me because I'm the sauce Queen. I'm not sure about parking because we parked at the place we originally came downtown for earlier in the day. I did not see easy parking close by, just street parking. I recommend this restaurant for date night, trying something new, or girls night. Try it! You won't be disappointed.

Oh my!!! I'd love to try everything on the menu after trying our first few! EVERYTHING we had was yummy! I'd give 10 stars if I could! Check it out when you're in Raleigh NC We had beef bogolgi dumplings, kimchi tots and fried pork belly!

we were going to a show nearby and wanted a good place for dinner with friends so decided to try MOFU. It’s an asian-fusion restaurant with small plates and mains - we each got a couple of different things to try. most were good, some were alright.we got the kimchi tots, the mofu seasonal salad, the pork belly, the wings, beef tartare, and the beef noodle soup. we also got drinks. standouts were the salad, the wings, and the pork belly. the tots were alright and the noodle soup was not good. drinks were good and the service was great

Stopped in here my first time by myself for lunch and had a great experience. Great aesthetic inside and I had friendly attentive service. They had an old fashioned variation on the menu so I gave it a try. Great drink a little sweeter than I typically prefer but well balanced with the fruit. On the server’s recommendation I ordered the corn curry with chicken. Delicious. A lovely yellow coconut curry with lots of veg still holding texture and the chicken was cooked perfectly. There was lots of other interesting dishes on the menu so I’m going to need to get back to MOFU try more food and add to this review.:)

The pho was okay. Felt a bit lazy. Maybe I should’ve had the dumplings instead. Service was not super punctual. Meals came out staggered, checks got mixed up, and I had to flag down a host to get my drink that never came to me. The room had a nice design but lack of attention to detail during the meal made for a lack luster experience.

Returned to Mofu Shoppe for the second time as a visitor to Raleigh. Everything was delicious! Ordered the mac and cheese (super creative concept), wings, salad, pork belly & bulgogi dumplings. Friendly and attentive service. Dessert (coffee mousse and churros) were also a great way to end the meal

I just recently went to MOFU for the first time on Valentine’s Day! I made a reservation about a month out, since it is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants! The atmosphere was nice and peaceful. For our meal we had dumplings, coconut corn curry, and a beef dish. Parking was a little hard to find considering it is downtown, but I expected that especially on a busy day like Valentine’s day! Overall, I am happy I chose this place for Valentine’s day!

MOFU Dumpling Shoppe slapped. Crispy wings were on point, especially the sweet chili. The shaven beef noodles had just the right spice, and the lo mein was solid. The Little Heart drink was a must-have - sweet with a buzz. Pork and chive dumplings were good, but I'll try a new flavor next time. Love the vibe outside city market!

Love their dumplings! Some great dishes to choose from. Feel free to do tapas and share. That's what their menu is made for. The food is filling but not “I need a wheelchair” type full. Order as much as you want with the bros or keep it cute and have your girl dinner. Nice date spot or with friends. Cocktails are delicious. I loved the Lychee Martini. Spicy Beef Bulgoi dumplings are to die for and the pork belly. The Brussel sprouts were delicious but the tofu was unnecessary. They were quite busy, so it took a moment to be seated and also greeted. Server caught up and gave great suggestions. I didn't expect too much attention, and it was actually quite nice as we were on a date. I would totally come back here. We had cocktails and good bit of food for under $100. Not bad these days.
